Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թանկ կվճարի, Հայաստանն էլ հետը, եթե…
ANALYSISԲարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցության պատգամավորները նախօրեին հանդիպել են Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Կոպիրկինի հետ: Վաղուց գաղտնիք չէ, որ ԲՀԿ-ն դիտարկվում է Հայաստանում ռուսական քաղաքականության գլխավոր հենակետ, Ռուսաստանում կառավարող Եդինայա Ռոսիա խմբավորման գլխավոր գործընկեր: Ըստ այդմ, դեսպանի հետ հանդիպումը ոչ միայն զարմանալի չէ, այլեւ տրամաբանական: Ավելին, թերեւս ողջունելի է, որովհետեւ ընտրված է բաց խաղի, ոչ թե «պարտիզանության» տարբերակը, ինչպես 2012-15 թվականներին:
Ըստ այդմ ակնառու է, եւ այդ մասին խոսել եմ մի շարք առիթներով, որ Հայաստանում որպես այդպիսին չկա ներքաղաքական դիմակայություն, կա դիմակայություն ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի եւ ռուսական վերնախավի մեծապետական հավակնության ու քաղաքականության միջեւ:
Պաշտոնական Երեւանն անշուշտ չի կարող խոսել այդ հռետորաբանությամբ, կան պրագմատիկ հարթության բազմաթիվ նուրբ հարցեր: Պաշտոնական Երեւանը պետք է գործի, իսկ իրավիճակի բուն եւ խորքային գնահատականը պետք է տան հանրային ինստիտուտները, եթե այդպիսիք կան:
ԲՀԿ շուրջ ստեղծված գործընթացը կուսակցությանը բերել է ընդդիմության առաջատարության դիրքի, որի շուրջ հավաքվում է մի քանի այլ ուժ: Այդպիսով, կամա թե ակամա ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոշտ գործողությունը մի կողմից կարող է կանխել Հայաստանում երրորդ երկրի շահի սպասարկման քաղաքական նախաձեռնությունը, մյուս կողմից, սակայն, խթանել դրա շուրջ աշխուժություն, գեներացնել ընդդիմադիր ալիք եւ հանգեցնել մի շարժման, որը տեսականում կդառնա ներկայիս իշխանության անփոխարինելի այլընտրանք:
Այլ կերպ կստացվի, որ Հայաստանում թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո կարճ ժամանակ անց քաղաքական գլխավոր այլընտրանք է դառնում Հայաստանում ռուսական քաղաքականության գլխավոր հենակետը: Հաջորդ փուլում այն արդեն կարող է դառնալ իշխանություն, համենայն դեպս տեսականում: Ըստ այդմ, կոշտ քայլերը, որ սկսել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այլեւս պետք է հասնեն մինչեւ վերջ: Դա նշանակում է, որ դրանք պետք է հանգեցնեն ոչ թե Հայաստանում ռուսական քաղաքականության հենակետը գլխավոր քաղաքական այլընտրանքի վերածելուն, այլ ընդհանրապես այդպիսի հենակետը որպես քաղաքական միավոր չեզոքացնելուն:
Այդ հարցում մինչեւ վերջ հետեւողական չլինելու պարագայում թանկ են վճարելու թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան Հանրապետությունը:
