Հինգշաբթի օրը, Ղազախստանի 79-ամյա նախկին նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է կորոնավիրուս: Մինչ օրս COVID-19- ը ախտորոշվել է նաև երկրի Առողջապահության նախարար Ելջան Բիրթանովի, խորհրդարանի «Մաժիլիսի» (ստորին պալատի) խոսնակ Նուրլան Նիգմատուլինի, «Մաժիլիս Բեքբոլաթ Տլուխանի» պատգամավորի և նախագահի խոսնակ Բերիք Քուրմանգալիի մոտ:
Փոխվարչապետը ժողովրդին կոչ է արել կատարել անվտանգության միջոցառումները՝ դիմակներ կրել, օգտագործել ախտահանիչ միջոցներ, ձեռքերը լվանալ և պահպանել հիգիենայի կանոնները:
Ղազախստանում հաստատվել է կորոնավիրուսի ավելի քան 15 800 դեպք: Վերականգնվել է ավելի քան 9 900 հիվանդ: Гրանցվել է 100 մահացության դեպք: Հանրապետությունում կա ավելի քան 6 800 ասիմպտոմ դեպք:
