ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն է տարածել
BLOGՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռ․ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանի հայտարարությունը․
Ինչպես տեղյակ եք, երեկ, հունիսի 18-ին ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը կայացրեց որոշում, որով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխարինվեց գրավով։ Ողջունելով դատարանի որոշումը շուրջ 500 օր տևած ապօրինի կալանքը վերացնելու առումով, միևնույն ժամանակ չեմ կարող տարակուսանք չհայտնել աննախադեպ՝ 2 մլրդ դրամի գրավի գումար սահմանելու կապակցությամբ։ Սա աննախադեպ մեծ գումար է, որը Հայաստանում երբևէ չի կիրառվել որպես գրավ։ Նման չափի գրավի սահմանումը կարող է հարցականի տակ դնել յուրաքանչյուր մեկի ազատ արձակվելու հնարավորությունը և ստիպել հրաժարվել գրավի վճարումից՝ համարելով այն դատարանի կողմից կայացված գործնականում անիրականանալի որոշում։ Հատկապես, որ գումարը վճարելու համար օրենքով կարճ ժամանակ է սահմանված՝ ընդամենը երկու օր։
Թերևս այս հանգամանքի ակնհայտությունն էր պատճառը, որ դատական վճռի հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո բազմաթիվ զանգեր ենք ստացել առանց չափազանցության հարյուրավոր անհատներից, որոնք իրենց պատրաստակամությունն են հայտնել աջակցել գրավի վճարման հարցում՝ յուրաքանչյուրն իր հնարավորությունների չափով։ Տեղեկացնեմ նաև, որ գրավի գումարը վճարելու գործում մասնակցելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունն են հայտնել մի քանի խոշոր գործարարներ ու բարերարներ, որոնց անունները կհրապարակենք առաջիկայում։ Նախագահ Քոչարյանի, նրա ընտանիքի և պաշտոնաթող նախագահի գրասենյակի անունից շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլորին, ով աջակցում է մեզ՝ անկախ պատեհությունից ու քաղաքական վայրիվերումներից։
Օգտվելով առիթից, ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նաև նախագահ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական թիմի անդամներին, մեր ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ նշանակալի ավանդ ոնեցող բոլոր այն պետական գործիչներին, որոնք պատրաստ էին անձնապես երաշխավոր լինել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի՝ ազատության մեջ գտնվելու համար, մեր բոլոր զինակիցներին և աջակիցներին, նախագահ Քոչարյանի ազատության հանձնախմբին, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այս ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում իրենց բողոքի ձայնն են բարձրացրել աղաղակող անարդարության դեմ՝ իրենց ելույթով, դատարանի առաջ որևէ հավաքին մասնակցելով կամ նախագահի ազատությունը պահանջող փաստաթղթի տակ ստորագրություն դնելով։
Վստահ եմ, որ տեղի ունեցածը արդարության վերականգման առաջին քայլն է միայն։
