Թե՛ պաշտոնական, թե՛ մի շարք մասնագիտական դիտարկումներով այս ամռանը Սևանը կրկին զերծ չի մնա կապտականաչ ջրիմուռների աճից: Ավելին, մի շարք դիտարկումներով այդ գործընթացն այս տարի ավելի շուտ է սկսվել: Բացի բուն հիմնախնդրից, մեկ այլ հարց էլ կա, որը հետաքրքրում է հատկապես ջրային հանգստի սիրահարներին, որոնց համար միգուցե առաջիկա երկու ամիսներին Սևանը միակ այլընտրանքը լինի:

Այն, որ կանաչելու գործընթացը այս տարի ավելի շուտ է սկսվել, բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը նախևառաջ պայմանավորում է կլիմայական խնդիրների հետ:

 «Հնարավոր են նաև այլ խնդիրներ: Ի վերջո, եթե այն ավելի երկար մնա՝ մի խնդիր է, ավելի շուտ վերջանա՝ այլ խնդիր: Բայց ավելի լուրջ հարց կա՝ Սևանի ճահճացում է գնում: Կարող է այս տարի մի քանի օր շուտ, կամ ուշ կանաչի, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ պրոցես կա, ու եթե շատ լուրջ, շտապ ու համալիր միջոցներ չկիրառենք, Սևանը կորցնելու ենք: Ուսումնասիրություններ են արվում՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչպես կարելի է այդ կանաչների առաջն առնել, բայց, իմ համոզմամբ, հիմնական ճանապարհը դա չէ: Ծրագրեր մշակվել են, կենսաբանական մաքրման հնարավորությունը ևս դիտարկվել է, բայց դրանք, ցավոք, միայն ծրագրեր են: Այն օբյեկտները, կազմակերպությունները, որոնք Սևանի ափին գործունեություն են ծավալում, դրանց մի մասը մաքրման կայաններ դրել են, բայց, իհարկե սա քիչ է: Շատ ավելի շտապ քայլեր են պետք: Հիմնական խնդիրը մաքրումն ու մակարդակի բարձրացումն է: Երկուսը միասին պետք է իրականացվի»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց բնապահպանը:

Նա հիշեցրեց. «Այն հատվածներում, որոնցում ակնհայտ կանաչ կա, նախարարությունն էլ է հայտարարել, որ այդ տարածքները չի կարելի օգտագործել տուրիզմի համար: Եվ իսպապես այդպես է, որովհետև այդ ծաղկող անաբենան նաև տոքսիկ հատկություններ ունի ու վտանգավոր է: Բայց ես չեմ կարող հստակ ասել, թե այն տարածքները, որոնցում այն ակնհայտ չի երևում, արդյոք անվտանգ են: Անգամ եթե կանաչի ու ինչ-որ փուլում անցնի, ևս խնդրի լուծում չէ: Այդ կանաչն ուղղակի պառկում է հատակին, սկսում քայքայվել, և բավականին բացասական գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում: Սա չի խոսում դրական ընթացքի մասին, պարզապես աչքի առաջ տեսանելի չէ»:

Կարինե Դանիելյանը շեշտեց, որ հիմնական նպատակներից մեկը Սևանի մակարդակը բարձրացնելուն ուղղված նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների անհրաժեշտությունն է:

«Առհասարակ, միշտ եղել են գիտական հիմնավորումներ, վերլուծություններ, բայց իրագործման խնդիր ունենք: Խնդրի կարևորության գիտակցումը չկա: Բացի այդ, այն  ծրագրերն են իրականացնում, որոնք անմիջապես տնտեսական օգուտ են տալիս: Իսկ այն ծրագրերը, որոնք գումար են պահանջում և, մեծ հաշվով, ռազմավարական են, տուժում են: Պետք է մտածել այս մասին: Պատկերացրեք՝ ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե Սևանի ջուրը իրավունք չունենանք օգտագործելու տուրիզմի, ինչպես նաև ոռոգման համար: Այդ դեպքում Հայաստան չի մնում, բայց, ցավոք, այս գիտակցությունը չկա»,-եզրափակեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
