Կորոնավիրուսի հայկական թեստերը լավագույն դեպքում 3-4 անգամ թանկ են լինելու չինականից, գերմանականից, ֆրանսիականից կամ ռուսականից, քանի որ նման արտադրության մասշտաբը վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունի: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը:

«Այսօր մամուլից տեղեկացա, որ Մոլեկուլյար կենսաբանության ինստիտուտին 0.55 մլն դոլար է հատկացվել համավարակի դեմ պայքարի նպատակներով հայկական թեստեր ստեղծելու և ապա նաև օրական 1000-2000 հատ արտադրելու համար (ընդամենը՝ մինչև 100.000 հատ)։

Իաստիտուտի տնօրենն էլ ասել է, որ ռեագենտներ են ստացել և պատրաստել փորձնական 300 թեստ։ Եվս մեկ փաստ խայտառակ մենեջմենթի մասով։ Բացարձակապես կապ չունի՝ ես վարակաբան եմ, թե ոչ։ Ինտերնետում հեշտությամբ գտնում ենք, թե ինչ բան է համավարակի թեստը և ինչպես պետք է այն արտադրել։ Սույնից պարզ է դառնում, որ դա այնպիսի արտադրություն է, որում վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունի մասշտաբի էֆեկտը։ Այստեղից բխում է, որ հայկական թեստերը լավագույն դեպքում 3-4 անգամ թանկ են լինելու չինականից, գերմանականից, ֆրանսիականից կամ ռուսականից։ Ուրեմն այդ 0.55 մլն դոլարով կարելի էր ներմուծել 250.000-300.000 թեստ։

Հարց է ծագում. ի՞նչու եք վատնում բյուջեի միջոցները։ Թե՞ պետք է հերթական անգամ աշխատանքի պատրանք ստեղծել։
