SOCIETY«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հունիսի 29-ին տեղի է ունենալու ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի՝ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթների ոլորտը համակարգող տեղակալի, ինչպես նաեւ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթներ իրականացնող դատախազների թեկնածությունների բաց մրցույթը։ Ինչպես Գլխավոր դատախազությունից են մեզ հայտնել՝ տեղակալի թեկնածությունների ցուցակի համալրման նպատակով բաց մրցույթին մասնակցելու համար ստացվել է 3 դիմում, իսկ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթներ իրականացնող դատախազների թեկնածությունների ցուցակի համալրման նպատակով անցկացվող բաց մրցույթին մասնակցելու համար՝ 25 դիմում, յոթ տեղի համար։ Մրցույթն անցկացնելու է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր էթիկայի եւ որակավորման հանձնաժողովը, հանձնաժողովի նախագահը գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի տեղակալ Արմեն Հարությունյանն է՝ նախկին զինդատախազը։ Ըստ գլխավոր դատախազի հրամանի՝ մրցույթը, կախված հավակնորդների թվից, կարող է տեւել ոչ թե մեկ, այլ մի քանի օր։ Մրցույթներն անցկացվում են հարցազրույցի եղանակով։ Տեղակալի մրցույթն էլ անցկացվում է հարցազրույցի միջոցով՝ երեք փուլով։ Մրցույթն անցկացվում է անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ դիմել է մեկ հոգի։ Հարցազրույցի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի յուրաքանչյուր անդամ կարող է տալ առավելագույնը 2 հարց, սակայն ընդհանուր հարցերի քանակը պետք է լինի առնվազն վեցը։ Մրցույթի ավարտից հետո մեկօրյա ժամկետում 3 դրական եզրակացություն ստացած թեկնածուների վերաբերյալ ցուցակը ներկայացվում է գլխավոր դատախազին, եւ նա է նշանակում կատարում։ Էթիկայի եւ որակավորման հանձնաժողովի անդամ Սամվել Դիլբանդյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ծանոթ է բոլոր թեկնածուներին , նրանց գործերն ուղարկվել են իրենց․ «Տեղակալի հետ կապված 3 թեկնածու կա, մյուսի դեպքում՝ 20-ից ավելի։ Օրենքով սահմանված կարգին համապատասխանող բոլոր անձինք իրավունք ունեն դիմելու։ Մարդիկ կան, որ իրավաբան են, օրինակ՝ տեղակալի համար մեկը, որը դիմում է ներկայացրել, արդարադատության նախարարությունից է»։ Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ բաց մրցույթները կանցկացվեն 2020թ. հունիսի 29-ից մինչեւ հուլիսի 1-ը: Մեր տեղեկություններով, մրցույթի համար դիմած անձինք այս օրերին ոչ միայն ինտենսիվ պատրաստվում են՝ օրենսդրությունն են վերհիշում, այլեւ գործի են դրել ծանոթ-բարեկամների ողջ արսենալը, որ իրենց համար բարեխոսեն»:
