«Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի հերթական հանրահավաքն ու երթը, որն ակնհայտորեն ամենասակավամարդն էր մինչ այս տեղի ունեցածներից (այս հանգամանքն, անշուշտ, փաստում է շարժման աստիճանական մարման մասին), աչքի ընկավ հատկապես կառույցի ղեկավար խորհրդի ներկայացուցիչների ելույթներում «կարմիր թելի» պես անցնող՝ «սա վերջին հնարավորությունն է», «ռեժիմի վերջն է» և այսօրինակ տարաբնույթ «ՎԵՐՋԵՐ» ազդարարարող այլ նմանաբովանդակ հայտարարություններով, որոնց առաջնանպատակն, անխոս, խիստ սահմանափակ լսարանի և հանրության շատ փոքր հատվածի վրա ազդեցություն գործելու միտումն էր:
Մինչդեռ անկախ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից, աներկբա է այն իրողությունը, որ Ազատության հրապարակի զբաղեցրած «Նոր Հայաստանի» և նրա գործելաոճը կիսող այլ ուժերի կողմից թմբկահարվող «վերջն», իրականում, իրոք վերջի է հանգեցնելու, բայց վերջ ընդդիմության նման գործելաոճի, ինչու ոչ, նման ծայրահեղական դիրքերից հանդես եկող ընդդիմադիր կառույցների. ասել է թե՝ ավարտվելու է արդեն 2 տասնամյակ շարունակվող ընդդիմության անպտուղ և հասարակությանը էականորեն հիասթափեցրած, փաստացի սպառված պայքարի ժամանակաշրջանը: 
Նաև ասվածի տրամաբանական շարունակություն՝ տեղին է ամրագրել նաև մեկ այլ ճշմարտություն՝ ամեն «վերջ» «սկիզբն» է մի նոր երևույթի, նոր իրողության… 
Իսկ իրողությունն այդ լինելու է որակապես նոր՝ «ինստիտուցիոնալ ընդդիմության» ժամանակաշրջանը և ընդդիմադիր պայքարի նոր՝ գաղափարի և ծրագրի վրա հիմնված գործելաոճը, որի էստաֆետան, կամա թե ակամա, շատ մոտ ապագայում արդեն հանձնվելու է հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի ընդդիմադիր հատվածում արդենիսկ բավականին ծանրակշիռ հայտ ներկայացրած մի շարք նոր քաղաքական կառույցների:
