POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ԼՀԿ-ն 2 օր է՝ մինչ ուշ գիշեր բուռն քննարկումների մեջ է․ կարծիքները բաժանվել են երկու մասի։ Մի մասն ասել է` ճար չունենք, պիտի ստորագրենք ՍԴ դիմումը, մյուս` նիկոլամետ մասը, այդ թվում՝ Մարուքյանը, դեմ է: ԼՀԿ-ում արդարանում են, թե «ԲՀԿ-ի ՍԴ դիմումը կազմել են Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները»։ «ՍԴ մեր դիմումի վրա աշխատել են բացառապես ԲՀԿ փորձագետներն ու իրավաբանները. առաջին անգամ եմ նման բան լսում»,- ասաց ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Արման Աբովյանը: ԼՀԿ-ականների հաջորդ պրետենզիան այն է, որ նույն օրը ՍԴ-ն հայտարարություն տարածեց, թե Քոչարյանի գործը քննվելու է հուլիսի 7-ին։ «Ի՞նչ մեսիջ էր դրանով ուզում Հրայրը տալ եւ ո՞ւմ, կարող էր, չէ՞, մեկ օր ուշ անել այդ հայտարարությունը։ Ստացվեց, որ ոչ թե ՍԴ-ի, այլ Քոչարյանի պրոբլեմ կա։ Դիմումը ստորագրելու դեպքում ասելու են՝ պաշտպանում ենք Քոչարյանին»: Ուզում եք Քոչարյանի պատրվակով «զադնի՞» դնել։ «Ոչ, հակառակը, դա կլիներ «սեւ ու սպիտակի» արգումենտ, ինչին մենք դեմ ենք, բայց, այնուհանդերձ, փաստն առկա է։ Ողջ հանրությունը 2 օր է՝ սեւեռվել է մեզ վրա։ Բայց երբ նույն պառլամենտի նույնքան անօրինական` հանրաքվեի մասին օրենքի ընդունումից հետո մենք ԲՀԿ-ին առաջարկեցինք դիմել ՍԴ, խնդրեցինք ԲՀԿ-ին ստորագրել այդ դիմումի տակ, Կոլյայիչն ասաց` մենք չենք ստորագրի, մենք էդ թեմայի մեջ չկանք»։
