"Լուսավորը" դարձավ իշխանավորների "սիրելի ընդդիմությունը", իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն՝ այն բևեռը, որը պետք է միավորի ընդդիմությանը

Անկախ զանազան իրավա-քաղաքական փաստարկներից՝ "Լուսավոր Հայաստանը" չմիացավ ՍԴ դիմելու ԲՀԿ-ի դիմումին։ Քաղաքական փաստը սա է, իսկ իրավական խնդիրներով թող զբաղվեն մասնագետները։
Մեծ հաշվով՝ ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող գործընթացներում առանցքային դարձան երկու հանգամանք, որոնք, մեծ հաշվով, թույլ տվեցին, որ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնի՝ բազմաթիվ խախտումներով։
Առաջին, այսպես ասած, պրովոկացիան արեցին հենց ՍԴ-ն ու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստբանական խումբը, որոնք Քոչարյանի հարցը ՍԴ օրակարգ վերադարձնելով ու իշխանության նախաձեռնությունը երկրորդ նախագահի գործի հետ կապելով՝ ըստ էության, թույլ տվեցին, որպեսզի ակնհայտ խախտումներ և ապօրինություններ թույլ տված իշխանությունն ունենա ալիբի։ Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ, այդ թվում՝ ես, ընդդիմանում են գործող իշխանությանը, բայց նաև չեն ուզում, որ ՍԴ-ն դառնա Քոչարյանի պաշտպանության պատվար։
Իհարկե, այս հանգամանքը բացարձակապես չի նշանակում, որ պետք է համակերպվել այն փաստի հետ, որ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը կարող է կամայական ձևով սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել։ Կրկնում եմ՝ դրան մեծապես "օգնեցին" հենց Քոչարյանի թիմն ու ՍԴ գործող կազմը, սակայն կարծում եմ՝ ԼՀԿ-ն չպետք է կուլ տար այդ խայծը։
ԼՀԿ-ի դիրքորոշումը՝ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից, անհասկանալի էր, որը փատորեն պատրվակ էր փնտրում՝ ԲՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնությանը չմիանալու համար, մանավանդ, երբ "Բարգավաճը" փաստարկված բացառում է իր կապը նախկին համակարգի որևէ բևեռի հետ։
Մեծ հաշվով՝ ՍԴ խնդիրն իշխանությունը լուծել է ու արդեն առաջիկա մեկ ամսում մենք կունենանք թարմացված ՍԴ կամ ավելի շուտ՝ ՍԴ, որն ոչ թե անկախ կլինի, այլ նակիննների գրպանից կտեղափոխվի Նիկոլի գրպան։
Ինձ այս գործընթացի ավելի շատ քաղաքական կողմն է հետաքրքրում։ "Լուսավորը" հիմա դարձավ իշխանավորների "սիրելի ընդդիմությունը", իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն՝ այն բևեը, որը հատկապես խորհրդարանից դուրս պետք է միավորի ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող ուժերին ու անհատներին։
Ինձ ավելի հետաքրքիր է այս գործընթացը, իշխանության այլընտրանքի կայացումը, քան այն, թե ինչպես է ՍԴ-ն "որդեգրվում" Նիկոլի կողմից․․․․
