Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան անհամբեր «սպասում» է
POLITICSՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունից հետո տարբեր խնդրահարույց կոնվենցիաներ, միջազգային պայմանագրեր և օրենքներ են ընդունվում կամ բերվում հանրային քննարկման հարթակ։
Օրինակ՝ բոլորովին վերջերս ընդունվեց հայտնի Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան, որը բուռն հակազդեցություն է առաջացրել հանրության մեծամասնության շրջանում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իշխանության գալուց կարճ ժամանակ անց հանրային օրակարգում սկսեց շրջանառվել այն տեղեկատվությունը, որ իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են վավերացնել Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան, որը մասնագետների հիմնավորմամբ՝ հակասում է ոչ միայն մեր ազգային արժեքներին, այլև հենց ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը։
Այս շրջանում նշյալ թեման անորոշ ժամանակով կարծես դուրս էր մնացել բոլորի ուշադրությունից։
Սակայն «Փաստ» թերթի կառավարական աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ Ստամբուլ յան կոնվենցիայի վավերացման հարցը շարունակում է մնալ իշխանության սեղանին, ավելին, արդարադատության նախարարությունն ու արևմտյան դրամաշնորհներով իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալող հայտնի ՀԿ-ները պարբերաբար թեմայի հետ կապված բուռն քննարկումներ են ունենում և շարունակում պնդել, որ կոնվենցիայի վավերացումն իշխանության համար ունի կենսական նշանակություն։
Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցել է նաև, որ իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է կոնվենցիայի հարցը հանրային բաց օրակարգ բերել աշնանը, իսկ ԱԺ-ում շրջանառության մեջ կդրվի արդեն հոկտեմբերին՝ այն հաշվարկով, որ մինչ այդ լուծած կլինեն ՍԴ-ում իրենց ձեռնտու քվեների հարցը։ Չի բացառվում, որ արտակարգ դրությունը շարունակվի նաև աշնանը, ինչը թույլ կտա խուսափել բողոքի ցույցերից ու զանգվածային միջոցառումներից:
