20 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղվի COVID-19-ից տուժած ՄՓՄՁ–ների ֆինանսավորմանը

ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏԱԳՐԻԿՈԼԲանկըևՎերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը (ՎԶԵԲ)կնքելեն20 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով վարկայինպայմանագիր։ ՎԶԵԲ-ի կողմից տրամադրված ֆինանսական միջոցներըԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏԱԳՐԻԿՈԼԲանկը կուղղի Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի հետևանքով տուժած միկրո, փոքրևմիջինձեռնարկություններիֆինանսավորմանը: Համաճարակից տուժած ՄՓՄՁ-ների ֆինանսական միջոցները տրամադրվելու են ինչպես ՀՀ դրամով, այնպես էլ ԱՄՆ դոլարով։
‹‹Այս բարդ ժամանակահատվածում մեզ համար շարունակում է կարևոր մնալ Հայաստանում միկրո և ՓՄՁ-ների ֆինանսավորման գործընթացի պատշաճ կազմակերպումը: Մեր վստահելի գործընկեր ՎԶԵԲ–ի հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում ներգրավված միջոցների շնորհիվ հնարավորություն կունենանք նոր շնչով ու նոր թափով աջակցել համավարակից տուժած միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին: Հատկապես այս իրավիճակում ՄՓՄՁ-ների ֆինանսավորման անխափան ընթացքը առաջնային նշանակություն ունի մեր երկրի տնտեսության կայունության համար››,- նշել է ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏԱԳՐԻԿՈԼԲանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:
Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի տարածման փուլից սկսած ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏԱԳՐԻԿՈԼԲանկը ՓՄՁ-ներին տրամադրել է շուրջ 49.5 մլրդ դրամի ծավալով վարկային միջոցներ՝ ավելի քան 32000 գործընկերոջ:
Covid-19 ճգնաժամի ընթացքում ՎԶԵԲ-ը Հայաստանում շարունակում է մնալ առանցքային գործընկեր, և այս ֆինանսավորումը կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակի ազդեցության դեմ պայքարին օժանդակելու և վերականգնմանը աջակցելու միջոցառումների միայն մի մասն է:
ՎԶԵԲ-ը հանձնառու է 2020-21թթ.-ին 21 միլիարդ եվրո գումարի չափով աջակցություն տրամադրել այն 38 երկրներին, որտեղ ներկայումս ներդրումներ է կատարում: Աջակցությունը ներառում է առկա հաճախորդների համար Կայունության ծրագիր, որն առաջարկում է կարճաժամկետ իրացվելիություն և շրջանառու միջոցներ:
ՎԶԵԲ-ը Հայաստանում առաջատար ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրող է: Մինչ օրս Բանկը Հայաստանում ներդրել է 1,5 միլիարդ եվրո 183 ծրագրում՝ աջակցելով մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացմանը և անցմանը դեպի կայուն, «կանաչ» տնտեսություն:
