«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը կրկին կարգապահական վարույթ է հարուցել Լոռու մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Մխիթարյանի նկատմամբ: Եվ եթե այս անգամ էլ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը դատավորին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության կանչի, ապա նրա լիազորությունները կկասեցվեն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի նիստում քննության առնելով արդարադատության նախարարի կողմից ներկայացված միջնորդությունը՝ Լոռու մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Մխիթարյանին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցի վերաբերյալ, որոշում է կայացրել: Որոշման համաձայն՝ արդարադատության նախարարի կողմից ներկայացված միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է, Լոռու մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Մխիթարյանին հայտարարվել է խիստ նկատողություն:
Հավելենք, որ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Նաիրա Մխիթարյանը նշանակվել է 2017 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին՝ ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով: Հավելենք, որ այս իրավիճակի պատճառն այն է, որ դատավորի վարույթում գտնվող գործերի առնչությամբ լուրջ բացթողումներ են հայտնաբերվել»:
