«Ժողովուրդ». Իրավապահ համակարգում զարմացած են
SOCIETY«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Մինչ 2016 թվականի ապրիլին ծավալված ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի անդամները բուռն աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում՝ հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ եզրակացությունը պատրաստելու համար, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքից: Բանն այն է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի անդամները զբաղված են եղել միայն ներկա եւ նախկին պաշտոնյաներին խորհրդարան հրավիրելով եւ նրանց նույնաբովանդակ հարցեր ուղղելով: Նրանք իրավապահ համակարգին հարցումներ չեն ուղարկել՝ բավարարվելով միայն Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկանքով: Եվ, ահա, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ օրերս իրավապահ կառույցներից մեկում ներքին քննարկումներ են եղել այդ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի մասին, եւ տարակուսանք են բարձրաձայնել, թե այդպես էլ որեւէ հարցում չեն ստացել, ու հետաքրքիր է` ինչու:
Հետաքրքիր է` ԱԺ հանձնաժողովին ինչու չեն հետաքրքրել՝ արդյոք իրավապահ մարմինները քրեական գործեր հարուցել են, օրինակ, սպառազինությունների մատակարարման, դիրքերի կահավորման բացթողումների մասով եւ ինչեր են հայտնաբերել այդ քրգործերի շրջանակներում: Պարզվում է` հետաքրքիր տեղեկություններ ուժայիններում, այնուամենայնիվ, կան: Բայց հիմա հանձնաժողովի իրավաբանական թեւը եւ պատգամավորները առանձին-առանձին ամփոփիչ փաստաթղթեր են պատրաստում, որոնք հետագայում կհամադրվեն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գործունեության այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հանձնաժողով հրավիրվեցին 2016 թվականին կարեւոր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձինք, այդ թվում` ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության երրորդ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, Պաշտպանության բանակի այդ ժամանակվա հրամանատար Լեւոն Մնացականյանը եւ այլք: Հանձնաժողով հրավիրված նախկին պաշտոնյաներից միայն ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը մերժեց հանձնաժողովի հրավերը»:
