SOCIETYՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
«Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է գիտակցված լոքդաուն՝ պարտադրվածի փոխարեն։
Բոլորս պետք է սահմանափակենք մեր ոչ կենսական շփումները, շարժումները, այցերը, միջոցառումները, հանդիպումները։
Պետք է մնանք տանը ինչքան հնարավոր է շատ։
Շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին նույնպես պետք է մնալ տանը, չգնալ հյուր, ցերեկույթների, երեկույթների, մեր հարազատների հետ բնության գրկում պիկնիկների։
Պետք է դադարեցնել խմբակային կամ նույնիսկ անհատական այցերը տարատեսակ տեսարժան վայրեր, հիմա դրա ժամանակը չէ։
Պետք է դադարեցնել նշել տարբեր ուրախ առիթներ՝ երեխայի ծնունդ, ծննդյան արարողություններ, ամուսնության տարեդարձեր և այլն, այդ թվում ձեր իսկ տներում։
Սգո միջոցառումներին մասնակցությունը պետք է առավելագույնս սահմանափակել, պրակտիկորեն դադարեցնել։ Հեռախոսով ասված ցավակցությունը այս համաճարակային վիճակում ավելի արժեքավոր պետք է դիտվի, քան անձամբը։
Երեկոյան նույնպես պետք է մնալ տանը, չիջնել բակ, չշփվել հարևանների հետ։ Պարզապես պետք է չշփվել, չհանդիպել, իրարից հեռու մնալ, միասին սուրճ չխմել և այլն։
Երեխաներին, ինչքան էլ դժվար է, պետք է պահել տանը, ինչքան հնարավոր է շատ ու երկար։ Պետք է այլ զբաղմունք մտածել երեխաների համար, որ նրանք չգնան բակում խաղալու։
Մի այցելեք ձեր հարազատներին, եթե կենսական անհրաժեշտություն չկա, առժամանակ շփվեք հեռավար կապի միջոցներով։ Այդ զոհողությունը պետք է հենց նրանց կյանքը փրկելու համար։
Դադարեցրեք սրճարան-ռեստորանային այցելությունները, դա միակ տեղն է, որտեղ հնարավոր է լինել առանց դիմակի և վարակել միմյանց։ Եթե սնունդ եք ուզում ընդունել հենց այդ ռեստորանից, պատվիրեք այն և միայնակ սնվեք։
Դուրս մի եկեք երեկոյան զբոսանքների։ Պետք է կարողանանք դիմանալ այդ գայթակղությանը և կարևոր պահանջին մինչև իրավիճակի լավացումը։
Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում պետք է ճիշտ կրել դիմակ, պահպանել 1.5-2մ հեռավորություն, հաճախ ախտահանել ձեռքերը։
