Որ դեպքերում մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնների խախտումը կառաջացնի քրեաիրավական հետևանքներ (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՆոր կորոնավիրուսի հնարավոր տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է, որ կորոնավիրուսով վարակված անձինք խստագույնս պահպանեն ինքնամեկուսացման ու մեկուսացման կանոնները։ Այս համատեքստում ոստիկանության ծառայողները, համագործակցելով պատկան այլ մարմինների հետ, հսկողություն են իրականացնում մեկուսացման ու ինքնամեկուսացման վայրերում։ Խախտումներն առաջացնում են օրենքով նախատեսված վարչաիրավական ու քրեաիրավական հետևանքներ։ Արտակարգ դրության հայտարարումից մինչ օրս հայտնաբերվել է մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնների խախտման 127 դեպք, որոնց փաստերով կազմվել են արձանագրություններ։ Մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնների խախտումը կառաջացնի քրեաիրավական հետևանքներ, եթե այդ կանոնների խախտման պատճառով առաջացել է անձի վարակում, անզգուշությամբ ծանր վնաս է պատճառվել մարդու առողջությանը կամ անզգուշությամբ առաջացել է երկու կամ ավելի անձանց վարակում կամ անզգուշությամբ առաջացել է մարդու մահ։ Արտակարգ իրավիճակի հիմքով հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնները կամ ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքի այլ սահմանափակումները խախտելու համար քրեական պատասխանատվությունը սահմանված է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 277.1-րդ հոդվածով։ Եվ, պայմանավորված վերը նշված հետևանքների առաջացմամբ, սահմանված են տարբեր պատժատեսակներ՝ ընդհուպ ազատազրկում։ Հիշյալ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով օրերս քրեական գործ հարուցվեց՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ Կոտայքի ոստիկանները պարզեցին, որ կորոնավիրուսով վարակված անձը, խախտելով ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնները, տաքսի ծառայություններ էր մատուցել։ Հարգելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, խստագույնս պահպանեք մեկուսացման կամ ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնները և ոչ իրավաչափ վարքագծով մի՛ վտանգեք այլոց առողջությունը, ինչը դատապարտելի է ոչ միայն բարոյականության տեսանկյունից, այլև օրենքով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
