Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նոր պաշտոն է ստացել
ECONOMICS«Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ (բաժնետիրական ֆինանսական կորպորացիա) տնօրենների խորհուրդն իր նախագահ է ընտրել դարձյալ Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովին, նշված է կորպորացիայի հաղորդագրության մեջ, հայտնում է «Փրայմը»:
«Բաժնետերերի տարեկան ժողովից հետո «Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ տնօրենների խորհրդի նիստում խորհրդի նախագահ է ընտրվել Վլադիմիր Պետրովիչ Եվտուշենկովը, փոխնախագահներ՝ Աննա Գրիգորեւնա Բելովան եւ Անդրեյ Անատոլեւիչ Դուբովսկովը»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Հունիսի 27-ին առցանց ձեւաչափով տեղի ունեցած բաժնետերերի տարեկան ժողովում ընտրվել է տնօրենների խորհրդի նոր կազմ եւ մեծացվել կազմի թիվը՝ 11-ից դարձնելով մինչեւ 12 մարդ:
Կազմում նորեկներն են՝ «Ռոսնանո» կառավարող ընկերության ղեկավար Անատոլի Չուբայսը, Լյուսքսեմբուրգի նախկին փոխվարչապետ Էթիեն Շնայդերը եւ «Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Չիրախովը, որը կորպորացիան ղեկավարում է ապրիլի կեսից:
Դրանից բացի, տնօրենների խորհրդի կազմում վերընտրվել են «Սիստեմայի» հիմնական սեփականատեր Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովը, «Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ նախկին ղեկավար, տնօրենների խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Անդրեյ Դուբովսկովը, Segezha Group-ի (պատկանում է ԲՖԿ-ին) նախագահ Միխայիլ Շամոլինը, կորպորացիայի առաջին փոխնախագահ Ֆելիքս Եվտուշենկովը, «Վիմմ-Բիլ-Դաննա»-ի նախկին համասեփականատեր Դավիդ Յակոբաշվիլին:
Կազմի մեջ են մտել նաեւ Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, KPMG ռուսական ստորաբաժանման նախկին ղեկավար Ռոջեր Մանինգսը, Deutsche Telekom-ի նախկին նախագահ Ռոն Զոմերը եւ պրոֆեսոր, «Սիսիտեմայի» աուդիտի, ֆինանսների ու ռիսկերի հարցերով կոմիտեի անդամ Աննա Բելովան:
«Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ-ն ներդրումային հոլդինգ է, որն ակտիվներ է տնօրինում հեռահաղորդակցության, էլեկտրոնիկայի, էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի, մեծածախ առեւտրի, ֆինանսների, բժշկության, դեղագործության եւ բիոտեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտներում: «Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ հիմնական բաժնետերերն են Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովը, որը տնօրինում է «Սիստեմայի» բաժնետոմսերի 59,2 տոկոսը: Նրա որդուն՝ Ֆելիքս Եվտուշոնկովին է պատկանում 5,1817 տոկոսը:
