POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՍԴ-ի շուրջ ճգնաժամը գնալով խորանում է: «Ինչ Վահե Գրիգորյանն ընտրվել էր ՍԴ դատավոր, որեւէ գործունեություն չվարելով՝ անվերջ կրկնում էր․ ՍԴ-ում ճգնաժամ է։ Սակայն այն օրվանից, երբ սկսեց մասնակցել ՍԴ նիստին, ՍԴ-ում իսկապես արդեն խորը ճգնաժամ է»,- ասաց ՍԴ մեր աղբյուրը:
Ալվինա Գյուլումյանը գալի՞ս է աշխատանքի։ «Ոչ, նա գտնում է, որ իր իրավունքները պաշտպանելու ձեւը գիտի՝ դատական ճանապարհն է, եւ որեւէ մեկի հետ չի ցանկանում առճակատման մեջ մտնել»: Իսկ Ֆելիքս Թոխյանն ու Հրանտ Նազարյա՞նը։ «Թոխյանը վատառողջ է, այդ պատճառով չի գալիս, Հրանտ Նազարյանը նույնպես չի գալիս»:
Հուլիսի 7-ին նշանակված ՍԴ նիստը կկայանա՞։ «Դժվար է ասել․ եթե դատավորները գան, կկայանա»: Կգա՞ն։ «Դարձյալ դժվար է ասել՝ պետք է նայել իրավունքի տեսանկյունից. մի կողմից՝ ԱԺ-ի ընդունած ՍԴ օրենքում փոփոխությունները նախագահն ասել է, որ չի ստորագրելու, մյուս կողմից` Արարատ Միրզոյանը ստորագրել է երեք դատավորների պաշտոնանկության ու Հրայր Թովմասյանի՝ դատավոր «դառնալու» մասին օրենքը եւ հռչակել, որ այն այլեւս գործում է»:
