Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Արմեն Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը, թե՝ չի ստորագրելու «ՍԴ-ի մասին» օրենքի փոփոխությունների նախագիծը․ «Հրապարակ»
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է․ «Եվ այսպես՝ մեծ ջանքերի ու երկարատեւ մաքառումների արդյունքում մեր իշխանությունները հասան իրենց ուզածին՝ երկրում սահմանադրական ճգնաժամ ստեղծեցին եւ այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որի մասին ժողովուրդն ասում է՝ «շունը տիրոջը չի ճանաչում»։
Ոչ մեկին հայտնի չէ՝ այսօր Սահմանադրական դատարան ունե՞նք, թե՞ ոչ։ Քանի դատավոր է աշխատում այնտեղ։ Եթե կան թափուր տեղեր, երբ են դրանք համալրվելու։
Առհասարակ՝ վերջին «հանճարեղ» օրենսդրական փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ մտե՞լ են կամ առաջիկայում մտնելո՞ւ են։
Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Արմեն Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը, թե՝ չի ստորագրելու «Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին» օրենքի փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, որն ընդունվեց օրեր առաջ ԱԺ-ում։
Ոչ ոք չգիտի՝ առաջիկայում Սահմանադրական դատարանը կարողանալո՞ւ է նիստեր հրավիրել, թե՞ ոչ։
Եթե չի կարողանալու՝ քվորումի բացակայության պատճառով, դա որքա՞ն է տեւելու, եւ ե՞րբ կկարողանան առաջիկայում լիարժեք նիստ հրավիրել եւ որեւէ հարց քննարկել։
Չէ որ հունիսի 30-ի նիստը, որի օրակարգում 8 հարց կար ընդգրկված, քվորումի բացակայության պատճառով չկայացավ։
Այդ հարցերի մեջ կար միջազգային համաձայնագրի հաստատման հարց՝ ի՞նչ ճակատագիր է սպասվում այդ համաձայնագրին։
Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ մեր երիտասարդ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են երկրում քաոս, կոլապս, տարբեր համակարգերում անկայունություն եւ անկառավարելի իրավիճակ ստեղծելու համար։
Եվ երբ կայացած, աշխատող կառույցն ավերում են ու կաթվածահար անում, դրանից մեծ բավականություն են ստանում։
Ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ հասկանալ այս «քանդարարների բրիգադի» նպատակն ու գործողությունների իմաստը։
