Աշխատատեղեր փակելու ու այլ գործողությունների հետևանքով ՀՀ-ի կրած տնտեսական վնասները կերևան աշնանը, երբ կհասունանան սոցիալական խնդիրները. Միքայել Մելքումյան

Այն տնտեսական վնասները, որոնք ՀՀ-ն կրել է համավարակի ընթացքում՝ աշխատատեղեր փակելով և այլ գործողություններով, կերևան աշնանը, երբ սոցիալական խնդիրները կհասունանան: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը Միքայել Մելքումյանը՝ խոսելով ՀՀ-ում մոտ 21 հազար աշխատատեղերի փակվելու մասին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնել էր, որ կորոնավիրուսով պայմանավորված ապրիլ ամսվա արձանագրությամբ՝ 71 հազար 471 աշխատատեղ էր փակվել, որից  50 հազարը վերաբացվել է, իսկ մնացածն այլևս չեն վերաբացվելու:

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք այս ամենը կորոնավիրուսից հետո ՀՀ-ին չի կանգնեցնի աղքատեցման շեմին, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ դա կախված է երկրի կառավարման որակից: «Մենք ժամանակին մեկ բան էինք արձանագրել, որ արտակարգ դրության հենց սկզբից մեր հաշվարկներով՝ ՀՆԱ-ի օրական 41 մլն դոլարի կորուստ ենք ունեցել, բայց ներարկվել է օրական մոտավորապես 4 մլն դոլար, մոտ 120 մլրդ դրամի աջակցություն ենք ստացել: Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք  մոտ 1.5-1.6 մլրդ դոլարի կորուստ ենք ունեցել»:

Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ շատ աշխատատեղեր են եղել, որ գրանցված չեն եղել, օրավարձով են աշխատել և ներկայացված այն վիճակագրության մեջ, թե 71 հազար 471 աշխատատեղ փակվել է, հետո 50 հազարը վերաբացվել, պարզ չէ, թե այդ օրավարձով աշխատողներն այդ թվի մեջ ներառվա՞ծ են, թե՞ ոչ։

Նա նաև նշեց, որ այն աշխատատեղերը, որոնք հիմա բաց են, շահութաբեր չեն աշխատում, սակայն ամբողջ բացասական հետևանքները կեևան ավելի ուշ: «Ավելի ուշ լրջագույն խնդիրներ ենք ունենալու, որոնք հիմա չեն երևում, որովհետև մի քանի ամիս առաջ էլ չէր երևում, թե այսօր ինչ պետք է լինի: Դրա համար դրսից լուրջ փողեր պետք է ներարկվեն, որտեղի՞ց պետք է լինեն այդ փողերը, եթե մենք, եթե չեմ սխալվում, 6 ամսվա համար պետք հավաքագրենք 770 մլրդ դրամ, կարծում եմ՝ 100 մլդ դրամ էլ չենք հավաքի»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:

Ըստ նրա՝ խնդիրն ավելի հեռվից է գալիս․ երբ ասվում էր, որ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն է տեղի ունենում, որն իշխանությունները հերքում էին: Մելքումյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարման ամուր համակարգ ունենալու դեպքում համավարակը կհաղթահարվեր և ռեկորդային թվեր այսօր չէինք տեսնի:

«Մենք պետք  հասկանանք այն ճանապարհը, որով գնում է կառավարումը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ևս ասաց, որ կառավարման համակարգում սխալներ են թույլ տվել, բայց չի ասում, թե ով ու ինչ սխալ է թույլ տվել, որ պաշտոնյան ինչ չի արել իր ոլորտում, եթե սա չիմանանք, այդ սխալները կրկնվելու են: Իսկ եթե պաշտոնյաները սխալ թույլ չեն տվել, ապա այստեղ համավարակի դեմ պայքարի ընդհանուր սցենարն է սխալ»,- ամփոփեց նա:
