POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Արարատ Միրզոյանը դժվարությամբ համոզել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին օրենքը, որով դադարեցվում է ՍԴ 3 անդամի լիազորությունները, չհրապարակի 21 օրից շուտ, քանի որ դա օրենքի պահանջն է։ Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հապշտապ հայտարարությունը՝ օրենքն ընդունելու օրը, որ ինքը չի ստորագրելու օրենքը, եղել է Փաշինյանի հրահանգը։ Նրա հետ պայմանավորվել են, որ ինքը հայտարարում է այդ մասին, մեկ օր անց էլ ԱԺ նախագահն է հրապարակում՝ ուժի մեջ դնելով օրենքը։ Բայց բարձրացած աղմուկից հետո Միրզոյանը համոզել է վարչապետին, որ ինքն ու պատգամավորներն արդեն մի քանի դրվագով մասնակցել են սահմանադրական կարգի տապալմանը, հակաօրինական փոփոխություններ անել, թույլ տա այդ մեկը չանեն։ Միրզոյանը իր յուրային իրավաբանների հետ քննարկումից հետո հիմնավորումներ են ներկայացրել, որ պետք է պահպանել 21+5 ժամկետը։ Երդվել-խոստացել է, որ ամեն ինչ կանի, ՍԴ-ն «արդեն մերն է»՝ նիստեր էլ չեն հրավիրվի մինչեւ այդ ժամկետը։ Դա էր պատճառը, որ երեկ նա նորից գերազանցեց իր լիազորությունները՝ հայտարարելով, թե ԱԺ ներկայացուցիչը ՍԴ-ին առաջարկել է հետաձգել Քոչարյանի հարցով հուլիսի 7-ին նշանակված նիստը։ Ավելին, տեղեկություններ կան, որ այդ փաստաթղթերը վաղուց են ԱԺ-ին տրամադրել, անգամ իմքայլական պատգամավորներից ոմանք ծանոթ են դրանց»:
