«ԿԵՂԾԻՔՆԵՐԻ ՏՈՆԸ
Ժամացույցի սլաքը խփեց ժ․24-ը, կամ թևակոխեց հուլիսի 5-ը՝ 1995 թ․ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության «ընդունման» , ի դեպ՝ տոն օրը։ Հետաքրքիր է, կա՞ արդյոք, այլ պետություն, որ կեղծիքների հիմնադրման օրը հռչակի համազգային տոն։ Գուցե, չեմ վիճում։ Ուղղակի կուզենայի հիշեցնել այդ օրվա խորհուրդը։ Անկախանալուց հետո, 1995թ․ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն ու զուգահեռ անցկացվող սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն, իրականում անկախ Հայաստանի առաջին ժողովրդավարական քննությունն էր։Սահմանադրության նախագիծը, որը դարձավ սահմանադրություն, իր էությամբ միապետական համակարգ էր նախատեսում, բացառելով ժողովրդավարության, իրավական պետության հիմնական՝ իշխանութ յունների տարանջատման սկզբունքը։ Առանց մանրամասների մեջ մտնելու, հիշեցնեմ, որ նախագահը ոչ միայն նշանակում էր վարչապետին, նախարարներին,այլև Երևանի քաղաքապետին, Արդարադատության խորհուրդը նույնպես գլխավորում էր նախագահը և նշանակում դատավորներին։ Նախագահը , վեց ամիս ընտրվելուց, կամ վեց ամիս ավարտից առաջ կարող էր ցրել ԱԺ-ն։
Ընտրություններից մի քանի ամիս առաջ, ՆԳՆ նախարար Վանո Սիրադեղյանի քմահաճույքով ստեղծվեց «Շամիրամ» կուսակցությունը։
Թե ինչպես անցան «ընտրություններ» և «հանրաքվե» միջոցառումը, մի ամբողջ պատմություն կարելի է գրել՝ երկու ժամով ընտրությունների ժամանակի ավելացում,մաուզերիստների, ներեցեք, երկրապահների կողմից ծեծ ո ւ ջարդ, լցոնումներ, ահաբեկումներ, արձանագրությունների կեղծում և այլն և այլն։
Արդյունքում, իշխող ուժի «հաղթանակ», երկրորդ պատվավոր տեղը «Շամիրամ» և այլն։Եվ այդ օրվանից, «ազատ, անկախ,ժողովրդավարական» Հայաստանում դրվեց ավանդույթ․ ընտրություններով հնարավոր չէ, իրականացնել իշխանափոխություն։ Եվ այս ամենը գլխավորում և խրախուսում էր Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, իրականացնում ՝ Վանո Սիրադեղյանը, Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը և Էդուարդ Եգորյանը։ Թյու՛, մոռացել էի, բոլոր անօրինականությունները, կեղծիքները սկսվել են հեղափոխությունից 20 տարի առաջ՝ 1998թ․»։
