ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան, ոչ վաղ անցյալում:

Պրն. Փաշինյան, ամեն անգամ ապշում եմ, որ դեռ ապշում եմ: Ինչքա՜ն բան է փոխվել Ձեր կյանքում և, որ ամենակարևորն է, Ձեր տեսակետներում, որի համար ցավում եմ, զուտ ցավում: Մեջս փշրվում է երբեմնի հավատն ու պաթոսը:

Այո´, քաղաքացին տուգանվելու մատերիալ չէ, անկախ նրանից` ով է իշխանության գլուխ: Կներեք, բայց ի տարբերություն, ինձ մոտ տեսակետներ չեն փոխվել:

ԱԺ նախագիծ է ներկայացվել` բարձրացնել տուգանքները 10.000 դրամի փոխարեն 20.000-50.000 դրամ:

Ամեն օր ուզում եմ տրամաբանել` էլ ի՞նչ կարող են անել իշխանությունները, որ ժամ առ ժամ վանեն ժողովրդին ու սեղմեն այն օղակը, որն արդեն իսկ անհնար է դառնում սեղմել: Լավ, գոնե հասկանում եք, որ մարդիկ հացի գումար նույնիսկ չունեն, թե՞ արդեն իրողություններից իսկապես կտրվել եք ու, ինչպես բոլորս էինք ասում նախկին իշխանությունների գործունեությանը հետ կապված, չեք տիրապետում իրավիճակին: Եթե նույնիսկ սխալվում եմ և տիրապետում եք, դա շատ ավելի վատ է:

Ի դեպ, ոստիկաններն ասում են, որ յուրաքանչյուրի վրա «պլան է դրված»` օրական տուգանել 20 քաղաքացի, որովհետև տրվում է թվով հենց 20 թերթիկ:
