Ոռոգման ջրի հարցը դարձյալ մտահոգիչ է
SOCIETYԱմառն արդեն կիսվել է, և գյուղատնտեսական տարին գտնվում է իր ակտիվ փուլում, ինչն իր հերթին նորից առաջ է բերել ջրօգտագործման և ոռոգման հարցեր։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս տարին, բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրների հետ մեկտեղ, ռիսկային է լինելու նաև ջրի առումով, քանի որ, պայմանավորված տեղումների սակավությամբ, ներկայումս կիսադատարկ վիճակում են գտնվում ջրամբարները։
Թեմայի հետ կապված քանիցս բարձրաձայնել են նաև ոլորտի մասնագետները՝ շեշտելով ոռոգման սեզոնին ջրի պակասության և դրանից բխող մի շարք այլ հարցերի մասին։ Թերթի հետ զրույցում մասնագետներից մեկը նշել է, որ չի բացառվում՝ առաջիկայում Սևանա լճից մեծ չափով ջրառ իրականացվի, որը, բնականաբար, ակնհայտորեն էկոլոգիական լուրջ խնդիրներ է պարունակում։
Եվ չնայած կառավարության հունիսի 4-ի որոշմամբ, նախնական պլանավորման համաձայն, նախատեսվում է ոռոգման նպատակով լճից ոռոգման շրջանում ջրառի չափաքանակը սահմանել մինչև 170 մլն խմ, սակայն սա դեռևս ոչ մի երաշխիք չի տալիս, որ տվյալ սահմանաչափը ստիպված չեն լինի օրենքով փոփոխել՝ գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին ոռոգման ջրով ապահովելու նպատակով։
Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ օրենքով Ջրպետկոմին թույլատրվում է, կախված եղանակային պայմաններից, Սևանից ոռոգման նպատակով իրականացվող ջրառի չափաքանակի շրջանակներում կատարել ծավալային և ժամկետային փոփոխություններ:
