«Ժողովուրդ». Տեղափոխություններ Արցախից Հայաստան. ով է նոր նշանակված պաշտոնյան
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակից պաշտոնատար անձանց՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն տեղափոխելու մասով նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Նախ հիշեցնենք՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը ստորագրել էր հրամանագիր, համաձայն որի` գեներալ-մայոր Միքայել Համբարձումյանը նշանակվել էր Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, սակայն 1 տարի անց որոշում էր կայացվել Համբարձումյանին բերել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն եւ նշանակել ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչության պետ:
Եվ, ահա, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Միքայել Համբարձումյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության պետի տեղակալ: Սակայն մենք տեղեկացանք, որ տեղափոխություններն այսքանով չեն ավարտվել, եւ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակից ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն է տեղափոխվել նաեւ Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարի բարոյահոգեբանական ապահովման գծով տեղակալ, գնդապետ Ստեփան Գեւորգյանը:
Սակայն այլ դրվագներ եւս կան: Ինչպես հայտնի է, հուլիսի 4-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն աշխատանքային հանդիպում էր ունեցել ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության եւ Զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի հետ՝ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի եւ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Եվ, ահա, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ այս հանդիպումն ավելի շուտ պետք է կայանար, սակայն պլանները փոխվել են ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի Արտակ Դավթյանի՝ պաշտոնից ազատման պատճառով, եւ նոր հանդիպումը նշանակվել է արդեն հուլիսի 4-ին: Հավելենք, սակայն, որ Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխությունները այսքանով չեն ավարտվելու»:
