Ավստրիայի, Շվեդիայի, Ֆինլանդիայի, Շվեյցարիայի, Նորվեգիայի, Դանիայի, Բելգիայի, Իտալիայի, Իսպանիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մի շարք լրատվականներ անդրադարձել են Ucom ընկերության հանրայնացված դիրքորոշմանը՝ կապված «Թիմ» ՍՊԸ կողմից «ՎԵՈՆ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ 100% փայաբաժնի ձեռքբերման միջոցով համակենտրոնացման հնարավոր գործարքի հետ։
Եվրոպական մամուլն ընգծել է, որ Ucom-ը մի շարք հիմքեր է ներկայացնել տեղական ՏՄՊՊՀ, ըստ որի համակենտրոնացումը ենթակա է արգելման։ Մասնավորապես, ըստ Ucom-ի դիրքորոշման, «Թիմ» ՍՊԸ և նրա ղեկավարության կողմից թույլ տրված գործողություններն պետք է որակվեն որպես անբարեխիղճ մրցակցություն (ներառյալ՝ չբացահայտված՝ Ucom ընկերությանը պատկանող գաղտնի տեղեկատվության օգտագործմամբ անբարեխիղճ մրցակցություն)։ Հետևաբար՝ քննարկվող գործարքի կնքումը հակասում է Տնտեսական մրցակացության պաշտպանության մասին ՀՀ օրենքի 11-րդ և 16-րդ հոդվածներին, և համակենտրոնացումը ենթակա է ՏՄՊՊՀ կողմից արգելման։
Դիրքորոշմամբ արձանագրվում և հիմնավորվում է, որ Ucom ընկերության նախկին գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը, ինչպես նաև նախկին փոխտնօրեն և ռազմավարական գծով տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը (ով մինչ այսօր հանդիսանում է «Յուքոմ» ՓԲԸ տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ), մեր գնահատմամբ, խախտել են Ucom ընկերության հանդեպ ունեցած ֆիդուցիար պարտավորությունները, ինչպես նաև «ՎԵՈՆ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի հետ գործարքը բանակցելիս և ՏՄՊՊՀ ներկայացված հուշագիրը կնքելիս օգտագործել են «Յուքոմ» ՓԲ ընկերության սեփականությունը համարվող գաղտնի տեղեկատվություն (ներառյալ ՎԵՈՆ-ի հետ գործարքի դետալները, ինչը մի շարք երկրների օրենսդրության և դատական պրակտիկայում ստացել է կորպորատիվ հնարավորության յուրացման դոկտրին անվանումը):
Եվրոպական մամուլի այսպիսի ուշադրությունն առնվազն կհետաքրքրի նաև Ամստերդամում ՎԵՈՆ-ի գլխավոր կենտրոնակայանին, որն, ինչպես հայտնի է, խուսափում է օրենքի հետ խնդիրներից որևէ երկրում և կարող է դադարեցնել բանակցությունները, եթե պարզվի, որ Եսայանները դեռ չլուծված վեճեր ունեն։
