Գագիկ Հարությունյանը համագործակցո՞ւմ է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ
POLITICSՀայաստանյան իրականության մեջ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ամենաինտրիգային հարցը, որը դեռևս վերջնական հանգուցալուծում չի ստացել, վերաբերում է ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտի փոփոխություններին, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող գործընթացներին, որոնց պատճառով իշխանությունները փաստացի խոր ճգնաժամ ձևավորեցին Սահմանադրական դատարանում։
Այս հարցում իշխանությունը միջազգային հարթակներում տեղի ունեցող ամեն մի զարգացում մատուցում է իրեն ձեռնտու «սոուսով»՝ հույսով, որ միջազգային գործընկերներն իրենց դատողություններն ու եզրահանգումները կայացնելիս ստեղծված ընդհանուր պատկերի մասին հստակ պատկերացում չեն ունենա և ադեկվատ գնահատական տալու հնարավորությունից զրկված կլինեն։
Սակայն հասկանալի է, որ միջազգային ոչ մի կառույց չի առաջնորդվում բացառապես միակողմանի տեղեկատվությամբ:
Բոլորվին վերջերս հայաստանյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ մի քանի անգամ իր հեղինակավոր կարծիքը ներկայացրեց Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը, որն, ինչպես հայտնի է, դատաիրավական ոլորտում ընթացող գործընթացները վերահսկող առանցքային կառույցներից է, և չնայած հանձնաժողովն ունի զուտ խորհրդատվական կարծիք, այնուամենայնիվ, Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի կարծիքը ցանկացած իրավական գործընթացում գերկարևոր է և անկյունաքարային։
«Փաստ» թերթի ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՍԴ և ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտի շուրջ ստեղծված զարգացումների հետ կապված հանձնաժողովի այսօր էլ հետ խորքային համագործակցում է ՍԴ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը, որն, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, բավականին մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունի Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ջիանի Բուքիքիոյի հետ։
