POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ տեղի չունեցավ հայտնի ՍԴ նիստը, որի առնչությամբ ասել էինք, որ նիստից հետո կդիմեք ՍԴ` Սահմանադրության եւ հարակից օրենքների փոփոխությունների անօրինականությունը վիճարկելու համար, պատրաստվո՞ւմ եք դիմել եւ ե՞րբ, հարցրեցինք «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» ներկայացուցիչ Դավիթ Խաժակյանին. «Հստակ ասել ենք, որ, այո, Քոչարյանին առնչվող գործի քննության ավարտին կդիմենք ՍԴ, բայց քանի որ նիստ չկայացավ, տեխնիկապես շտապելն անիմաստ է, քանզի ՍԴ-ում քվորում չկա, եւ նույնիսկ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանի» առավել վաղ տված դիմումը չի քննարկվել։ Բոլոր դեպքերում, ունենք եռամսյա ժամկետ, այդ ժամկետում մեր դիմումն անպայման կմուտքագրվի ՍԴ»:
Եռամսյա ժամկետում ՍԴ-ն բոլորովին այլ կազմ կունենա՝ ճաշից հետո մանանեխն ո՞ւմ է պետք. «Գիտեք, այն պահից, երբ Հրայր Թովմասյանը հայտարարեց իր արձակուրդ գնալու մասին, ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ նման բանավեճ` հին ու նոր ՍԴ, հին ու նոր դատավորներ չկան, քանզի տպավորություն է, որ Հրայր Թովմասյանը շատ հստակ ժամանակ տվեց իշխանություններին` շտկել իրենց բացթողումներն ու վրիպումները, որոնք իշխանությունը թույլ էր տվել ՍԴ փոփոխությունների ժամանակ` չընդունելով անհրաժեշտ եւ հարակից օրենքները, ու եթե Թովմասյանն ինքն է դուրս եկել իր խրամատից, մեզ համար առավել եւս անձերի խնդիր չկա, եւ նոր ՍԴ-ն` իր նոր 3 անդամներով կքննի մեր դիմումը, ինչու` ոչ»:
Էլ ընդդիմադիր չե՞ք. «Ընդդիմադիր լինելը Հրայր Թովմասյանին Վահագն Հովակիմյանով փոխարինելու մեջ չէ»: Հովակիմյանին էլ են ցանկանում ՍԴ դատավոր դարձնե՞լ. «Ոչ, կրթությունը չի համապատասխանում։ Նկատի ունեի, որ նա բոլոր թեկնածուների հավաքական կերպարն է»:
