Ի՞նչ «դեմոմետր» ունեն իշխանությունները
POLITICSՆերկայիս իշխանությունները սովորություն ունեն իրենց այս կամ այն քայլը «գցել» ժողովրդի վրա՝ «ժողովուրդն է պահանջում», «ժողովրդի ցանկությունն է» և այլն:
Այդպես հեշտ է: Սակայն հանրության շրջանում կարող է , չէ՞, տրամաբանական հարց առաջանալ, թե ի՞նչ գործիքով, ի՞նչ մեթոդով են իշխանությունները չափում ժողովրդի կարծիքն ու ցանկությունները: Այդ ի՞նչ կախարդական «դեմոմետր» ունեն իշխանությունները:
Եթե գլխավոր չափանիշը 2018 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն էին՝ կայացած ժողովրդական էյֆորիայի պայմաններում, ապա, եթե ռուսերենից թարգմանենք հայտնի ասույթը, «դա վաղուց էր ու ոչ ճիշտ»:
Անցած ավելի քան մեկուկես տարում շատ ջրեր են հոսել, և իշխանություններին հանճարեղորեն հաջողվել է մինչև նախավերջին կաթիլը մսխել այդ վստահության քվեն: Ընդ որում, դրա համար ընդդիմությունից շատ ջանքեր չեն պահանջվել, իշխանական թիմը դրա համար արել է հնարավոր ու անհնար ամեն ինչ:
Եթե չափանիշ են վերցվում ֆեյսբուքյան «լայքերն» ու մեկնաբանությունները, ապա տեղեկատվական հոսքերից փոքր-ինչ իրազեկ ցանկացած ոք գիտի, որ սոցցանցային «հանրային կարծիքը» մեծամասամբ որևէ կապ չունի իրականության հետ: Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, թե այս «լայքերի» ու մեկնաբանությունների գերակշիռ մասն ինչպես է ձևավորվում:
Այսուամենայնիվ, իշխանություններն ու նրանց սատելիտները շարունակում են խոսել ժողովրդի անունից: Իսկ դա, բացի նրանից, որ անհիմն ու արհեստական է, միևնույն ժամանակ վտանգավոր է, քանզի ակնհայտ է դառնում, թե իշխանություններն ինչքան են կտրվել իրականությունից: Դժվար է ասել՝ ակամա է այդպես ստացվել, թե չեն ցանկանում իրականության աչքերի մեջ նայել, սակայն փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ նրանց «դեմոմետրը» փչացել է...
