ՍԴ դատավորների հարցում երկընտրանքի առջև են
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, դեռևս վերջնականապես հստակեցված չէ խորհրդարանի՝ արձակուրդ գնալու ժամանակահատվածը, քանի որ ցանկացած պահի կարող է զգացվել ԱԺ «կարիքը»։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, հերթական նստաշրջանն արդեն ավարտված է, բայց արտահերթների շարքը շարունակվում է, ինչպես և գրեթե միշտ, երբ հուլիսին նիստեր էին հրավիրվում։
Մասնավորաբար, երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ հուլիսի 13-ին կհրավիրվի արտահերթ նիստ, որի օրակարգի հարցերից մեկը վերաբերում է արտակարգ դրությունը ևս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգելուն: Թեպետ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ներկա դրությամբ ԱԺ օրակարգում արտահերթ կարգով ու հրատապ լուծում ստանալու կարիք ունեցող հարցեր չկան, սակայն իշխանությունների համար մի շարք առանցքային նշանակության հարցեր դեռևս շարունակվում են մնալ օդում կախված։
Մասնավորաբար, դեռևս անորոշ է ՍԴ անդամների ընտրության հարցը։ Մեր աղբյուրը չի բացառել, որ այդ հարցը հետաձգվի մինչև աշուն և քննարկման դրվի աշնանային նստաշրջանի բացման ժամանակ։
Բանն այն է, որ թեպետ Փաշինյանը մեծ ցանկություն ունի արագացնել այդ պրոցեսը, սակայն մյուս կողմից՝ պետք է գոնե մոտավորապես հասկանան, թե ինչ եզրակացություն կտա ՄԻԵԴ-ը, որը միայն մերժել է ՍԴ անդամների դիմումի հիման վրա միջանկյալ միջոցի կիրառումը, սակայն հիմնական հայցն ընդունել է վարույթ:
