POLITICS«Մենք ոչ թե վիճարկել ենք ԱԺ-ի որոշումը, այլ մինչև հիմնական դիմումի քննությունը դիմել ենք միջանկյալ միջնորդությամբ, որպեսզի չառաջանան այնպիսի հետևանքներ, որոնք կարող են հետագայում դժվարություններ առաջացնել և՛ մեր իրավունքների վերականգման, և՛ արդարադատության համակարգի բնականոն գործունեության, և՛ եվրոպական դատարանի վճռի հեղինակությունը ապահովելու առումներով»,- այս մասին 24TV-ի եթերում ասել է ՍԴ նախկին դատավոր Ալվինա Գյուլումյանը:
«Մենք,դիմելով եվրոպական դատարանին, ասել ենք, որ մինչև այդ հարցով որոշում կայացնելը, մինչև մեր հիմնական դիմումը ներկայացնելը, խնդրում ենք միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկել, այսինքն՝ գործընթացը ինչ-որ մի տեղ կասեցնել, որպեսզի այն բանից հետո միայն, երբ եվրոպական դատարանը կգտնի, որ մեր իրավունքը խախտվել է կամ չի խախտվել, նոր հնարավոր լինի արդեն որոշակի գործողություններ կատարել, սա է եղել մեր դիմումը, դա 39-րդ կանոնն է, որը դիմողներին նման հնարավորություն է ընձեռում»,- նշել է Գյուլումյանը:
Սա որևէ անմիջական առընչություն չունի այն դիմումի հետ, որը մենք պետք է ներկայացնենք մինչև օգոստոսի 28-ը, ընդամենը մերժվել է մեր հայցի ապահովման միջոց կիրառելու մասին միջնորդությունը: Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ՍԴ-ի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին և առաջիկա պաշտոնավարման թեմային:
