SOCIETY«Քննության տակ է, բայց պաշտոնի են նշանակում: Իրենց ուժն են ուզում ցույց տալ, թե իբր արդար են: Մի մարդ, որը գտնվում է քննության տակ, քանի դեռ դատական պրոցես չի սկսվել, իրեն նշանակում են... ոչ նայել եմ, ոչ էլ ցանկություն ունեմ նայելու, թե ինչ են նշանակել: Ես իմ հավատը կորցրել եմ բոլորի հանդեպ: Ուրեմն էդ մարդը իրենց պետք է որպես բանդայի ղեկավար, որը կարող է հայկական բանակի ողնաշարը կոտրել, պատգամավորի անպատվել, ինչ ուզել՝ անել: Սրանով ցույց են տալիս, որ իրենց դեմը խաղ չկա»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Եղեգնաձորում ամիսներ առաջ ծեծի հետևանքով կոմայի մեջ գտնվող փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանի հայրը` Սամվել Մխիթարյանը՝ իր վրդովմունք արտահայտելով Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար նշանակելու վերաբերյալ:
Նա նշեց՝ ոչ միայն հարազատները, այլև հանրությունն է սխալ համարում իշխանության կողմից կայացրած այդ որոշումը: Անդրադառնալով որդու առողջական վիճակին, որը 10 ամիս շարունակ գտնվում է կոմայի մեջ՝ Սամվել Մխիթարյանը նշեց, որ որևէ փոփոխություն չկա, որդին դեռ գտնվում է կոմայի մեջ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 6-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը բավարարել էր փոխգնդապետին ծեծի ենթարկելու գործով մեղադրյալ Զավեն Գրիգորյանին ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը և նա 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ գրավով ազատ էր արձակվել։ Գործով մեղադրյալներ են նաև Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետի օգնական Հարություն Գրիգորյանը, նրա եղբայրը՝ Զավեն Գրիգորյանը։ Միջադեպից մեկ շաբաթ անց Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետի պաշտոնից հրաժարական էր տվել Տրդատ Սարգսյանը, որը, ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների և ականատեսների՝ դեպքի վայրում է եղել։ Սակայն ՔԿ-ն ժխտել էր այս հանգամանքը՝ նշելով, որ Վայոց ձորի նախկին մարզպետը 2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ դեպքի վայրում չի եղել:
