Սոյա
Դուք կարող եք մտածել, որ Ասիայի ժողովուրդները դարերով սոյա են օգտագործում, ինչո՞ւ պետք է այն վնասակար լինի եվրոպացիների համար: Բայց փաստը, որ դուք չգիտեք այն է, որ Ասիայում սոյան աճեցնում են օրգանապես և քիչ քանակներով են օգտագործում, ի տարբերություն Արևմուտքի: Այստեղ սոյաի արտադրությունը ենթարկվում է գենետիկ մոդիֆիկացիայի և օգտագործվում է մեծ քանակներով: Նուտելլայի մեջ օգտագործվում է սոյաի լեցիտին՝ էմուլգատոր, որը բացասական է ազդում ձեր առողջության վրա: Բազմաթիվ ուսումնասիրություններ կապել են նյութը դեպրեսիայի, անվերահսկելի քաշի, հոգնածության և կրծքի քաղցկեղի հետ:
 
Շաքար
Այս շաքարը հիմնականում պատրաստվում է շաքարի ճակնդեղից, որը ոչ միայն էժան է, այլ նաև հարուստ է պեստիցիդի նման քիմիկատներով: Սա բոլորովին նման չէ բնական շաքարին, որը անհրաժեշտ է մեր օրգանիզմի նորմալ աշխատանքի համար: Օգտագործվող շաքարի գինն է, որ հետարքրում է Նուտելլա արտադրողներին, իսկ այն, որ այս շաքարը նեյրոտոքսին է, որը վատացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը և ոչնչացնում ուղեղի բջիջները, անտեսվում է: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս շաքարը հանդիսանում է դեպրեսիայի, միգրենի, անհանգստության և աուտիզմի պատճառ: 
 
Կաթ

Եթե այս ամենը չհամոզեց ձեզ, որ Նուտելլան ձեր երեխաների ուտելու բանը չէ, ուրեմն այլևս ոչինչ չի համոզի:
