Երկրպագողներ և ատողներ. Ավետիք Իշխանյան
POLITICSԵթե հարցը դրվում է «երկրպագուներ» և «ատողներ» հարթությունում, ապա ատողներին բացատրեմ, որ հարցը Հրայր Թովմասյանի անձը չէ։ Հարցը պետության, իրավունքի և օրենքի տրամաբանությունն է, ՍԴ-ի՝ որպես պետական անկախ կառույցի խնդիրն է, ընդդեմ «հեղափոխական» կամայականության: Այս մասին 168.am-ում հրապարակված հոդվածում նշում է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը:
«Քիչ առաջ Հ1-ով դիտեցի Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հերթական «անաչառ» հարցազրույցը, ՄԻԵԴ-ի միջանկյալ որոշման հետ կապված։ Իշխանության ընդդիմախոսներից ոմանց պարոն Ղազարյանն անվանում էր «Հրայր Թովմասյանի երկրպագուներ»։
Տպավորություն էր ստեղծվում, որ խոսք է գնում ինչ-որ կրոնական պաշտամունքի առաջնորդի, առնվազն՝ առաքյալի մասին։ Իշխանության երկրպագուները հավանաբար նույն կարծիքն ունեն նաև տողերիս հեղինակի մասին։
Մի առիթով գրել եմ, որ ինքս բազմաթիվ հակասություններ եմ ունեցել Հրայր Թովմասյանի հետ՝ և նրա նախարար եղած, և Սահմանադրության նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ։ Այդ ամենի արդյունքում, նույնիսկ երկար ժամանակ մեր հարաբերությունները բավականին սառն են եղել։
Ի դեպ, Հրայր Թովմասյանի հետ անձամբ չեմ հանդիպել այն ժամանակներից ի վեր նույնպես։ Եթե հարցը դրվում է «երկրպագուներ» և «ատողներ» հարթությունում, ապա ատողներին բացատրեմ, որ հարցը Հրայր Թովմասյանի անձը չէ։
Հարցը պետության, իրավունքի և օրենքի տրամաբանությունն է, ՍԴ-ի՝ որպես պետական անկախ կառույցի խնդիրն է, ընդդեմ «հեղափոխական» կամայականության։ Եթե փաստարկ է բերվում, որ 2015թ․ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն կեղծվել է, ապա, հարգելի ատողներ, ինչո՞ւ եք այլ հարցերում կառչում այդ նույն Սահմանադրությունից։
Եվ վերջապես, մի քանի հարց հարգելի Պետրոս Ղազարյանին․
– Ինչո՞ւ ձեր հյուրին չանվանեցիք Վահե Գրիգորյանի երկրպագու։
– Ինչո՞ւ ձեր հյուրին չհարցրեցիք, թե ի՞նչ կարծիք ունի իր կողմից երկրպագվող Վահե Գրիգորյանի ՍԴ անդամ-դատավոր բառախաղի մասին։
– Ինչո՞ւ չհարցրեցիք հյուրի կարծիքը Վահե Գրիգորյանի՝ ՍԴ նախագահ ինքնահռչակվելու մասին։
– Ինչո՞ւ չհարցրեցիք Վահե Գրիգորյանի ավելի քան մեկ տարի ՍԴ անդամ լինելու, նրա անգործության, բայց միաժամանակ՝ բարձր աշխատավարձ ստանալու մասին։
– Եվ վերջապես, չե՞ք կարծում, որ Հանրայինի եթերով հանրությանը բաժանելով «երկրպագողների» և «ատողների», նույն հանրությանը ձեր հերթին բաժան-բաժան եք անում՝ նպաստելով ատելության մթնոլորտի տարածմանը»։
