ՌԴ-ի կողմից կատարած փոխանցումը պետք է գեղեցիկ հնարքով ընդունենք

Ռուսական ինքնաթիռ խոցելը շատ թանկ արժեցավ Թուրքիայի համար: Բացի քաղաքական հայտարարություններից, ՌԴ-ն անցավ «տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների»:
Մասնավորապես արգելվել է ներմուծել մի շարք թուրքական ապրանքներ, օդային չարտերային թռիչքների արգելք է մտցվել Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև, խստացվել է թուրքական ավտոփոխադրողների նկատմամբ հսկողությունը, արգելվել է գործատուներին աշխատանքի վերցնել Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներին, սահմանափակվել է թուրքական շինարարական ընկերությունների գործունեությունը Ռուսաստանում, խորհուրդ է տրվել ռուսական զբոսաշրջային ընկերություններին ձեռնպահ մնալ Թուրքիա զբոսաշրջիկներ ուղարկելուց և այլն:
Անդրադառնալով առաջին կետին, պետք է նշել որ ՌԴ-ն արդեն իսկ հրապարակել է այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնք հաջորդ տարվանից արգելվելու են ներմուծել իրենց երկիր:
Այս իրավիճակում Հայաստանը կարող է շահող դուրս գալ և լրացնել թուրքական ապրանքների բացը՝ հայկականով: Իհարկե, մեր տնտեսությունը չունի այդ ծավալները, որ դա անի ամբողջությամբ,սակայն որոշ չափով դա անել հնարավոր է: Առաջին հերթին դա վերաբերում է գյուղմթերքին: ՌԴ-ն Թուրքիայից ամենամեծ ծավալներով ներմուծում էր պոմիդորն ու վարունգը, իսկ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում մեծ թափով կառուցված ջերմոցներում աճեցվող հիմնական արտադրանքը հենց պոմիդորն ու վարունգն են:
Մեծ հնարավորություն են ստանում նաև հայկական շինարարական կազմակերպությունները: Ինչ վերաբերում է զբոսաշրջությանը, ապա վերջերս ռուսական travel.ru կայքի վարկանիշով Երևանը ռուսաստանցիների ամանորյա հանգտի անցկացման ամենավարկանիշային քաղաքների եռյակի մեջ էր: Այլ կերպ ասած, ռուս տուրիստները Թուրքիայի փոխարեն կարող են հանգստանալ Հայաստանում:
Պայմանները ստեղծված են, պետությունը պատրաստակամ է աջակցել, մնում է միայն գործել: Ցացոք սրտի նախորդ դեպքերում մեր գործարարների կողմից նկատվել է պասիվություն: Մասնավորապես, խոսքը գնում է վրացական գինու, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ երկներից գյուղմթերքի ներմուծման արգելքների մասին: Երկու դեպքում էլ մեր գործարարները չօգտվեցին առիթից, և չավելացրեցին արտահանման ծավալները: Հույս ունենաք, որ այս դեպքում նրանք կգործեն օպերատիվ:
