ECONOMICSՀանրային սննդի ոլորտի 20 տոկոսն այս պահին գործազուրկ է, իսկ ռեստորանային կազմակերպման ոլորտն ամբողջությամբ է գործազուրկ: Այս մասին այսօր` հուլիսի 12-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ռեստորատոր, հանրային սննդի ոլորտի փորձագետ Աշոտ Բարսեղյանը` անդրադառնալով կորոնավիրուսի պանդեմիայի շրջանում ոլորտի կրած վնասներին:
«Ռեստորանային կազմակերպման ոլորտն այս պահին ամբողջությամբ անգործ է, դրանք այն մարդիկ են, որոնք բողոքի ակցիայի էին դուրս եկել Կառավարության շենքի մոտ հուլիսի 9-ին: Եթե արտակարգ դրությունը շարունակվի եւ այս վիճակը պահպանվի, հանրային սննդի ոլորտում գործազրկությունը հասնելու է 40 տոկոսի: Սա իմ գնահատական է որպես փորձագետ իրավիճակին»,- ասաց նա:
Ռեստորատորի խոսքով` փակված բիզնեսներն էլ այս ընթացքում կազմում են ոլորտի 20 տոկոսը:
«Փակված բիզնեսները երկու տիպի են. մեկը` որ փակվել են ընդմիշտ, եւ մյուսը, որ փակվել են վերաբացվելու նպատակով: Վերջնական գնահատական կարող ենք տալ արտակարգ դրության ավարտից հետո»,- հավելեց նա:
Նրա խոսքով` դեռ քննարկումների մեջ են նոր ակցիա կազմակերպելու հետ կապված:
«Վարչապետի խոսնակը պատասխան է տվել այն կոնտեքստում, որ եթե արտակարգ դրությունը վերանա, միեւնույն է, միջոցառումնները արգելված են լինելու, մենք ուզում ենք հակադարձենք եւ ասենք, որ արտակարգ դրությունը պահեն առողջապահության ոլորտում, իսկ մեր ոլորտը եկեք ազատականացրեք, քանի որ մարդիկ չեն վախենում ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկվելուց, չեն վախենում համավարկից, միայն վախենում են գումար չաշխատելուց»,- հավելեց նա:
