Երեք կուսակցություններ. Դադարեցնել անձանց հավաքներ անցկացնելու տոտալ սահմանափակումը

ԲՀԿ, ՀՅԴ, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունների աշխատանքային խումբը ԱԺ որոշման նախագիծ է մշակել, որով առաջարկում է վերացնել հավաքների ազատության սահմանափակումը։
«Հաշվի առնելով այն իրողությունը, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը երկարաձգում է արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը ևս մեկ ամսով, որը պետք է քննարկվի Ազգային ժողովի նիստում, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» և «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունների ստեղծած աշխատանքային խումբը մշակել է արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում հավաքների սահմանափակումները վերացնելու մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշում, որը շրջանառության մեջ կդնի Ազգային ժողովի «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը։
Աշխատանքային խումբն ԱԺ որոշման նախագծով քաղաքական իշխանությանը մասնավորապես առաջարկում է հրաժարվել հանրային քննադատներին լռեցնելու արատավոր փորձից, դադարեցնել անձանց հավաքներ անցկացնելու սահմանադրական իրավունքների իրացման անհիմն և տոտալ սահմանափակումը, փոխարենը սահմանել հավաքներ անցկացնելու կանոններ, ինչով հնարավոր կդառնա, առանց անձանց սահմանադրական իրավունքը խախտելու, կանխել վարակի հնարավոր տարածումը։ Առաջարկվում է սահմանել հավաքներ անցկացնելու կանոններ, ըստ որոնց՝ անձինք հավաքներ անցկացնելիս պարտավոր կլինեն միմյանցից պահպանել 1,5 մետր հեռավորություն և կրել դիմակներ։
Միաժամանակ հայտնում ենք, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» և «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունները քննարկում են քաղաքական իշխանության կողմից հիշյալ առաջարկությունները մերժելու դեպքում արտակարգ դրության անհիմն սահմանափակումները վարչական դատարանի միջոցով վերացնելու հարցը, որի շուրջ աշխատանքային խումբը պատրաստվում է քննարկումներ սկսել տնտեսվարողների, շահագրգիռ այլ ուժերի և անձանց հետ»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
