POLITICSԱյս ծավալի արտահոսքերը աննախադեպ են իրենց ծավալով, ինչը պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ այն կառույցները, որոնք պետք է զբաղվեն դրանով, զբաղվում են այլ բաներով: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՏՏ փորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վերջերս հայկական վիրտուալ տիրույթից ինֆորմացիայի զգալի արտահոսքին, որը հայտնվել է ադրբեջանցի հաքերների ձեռքում:
«Մենք շատ անպաշտպան իրավիճակում ենք գտնվում այս առումով, իսկ յուրաքանաչյուր նման արտահոսք խնդիրներ կարող է առաջացնել: Պատճառներից մեկը այն է, որ պատշաճ թրեյնիգներ չեն անում՝ ինչպես պահպանել տեղեկատվական հիգիենա: Մյուս կարևոր խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ վերջին շրջանում ԱԱԾ կառույցի ֆունկցիան դարձել է պատժիչ, ծեծիչ ֆունկցիան: Կառույցը զբաղված է ոչ թե կոնտրռազվետակայով, այլ մարդկանց դեմ գործ հարուցելու, կալանավորելու գործառույթները իրականացնելով»:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե որքանով այս տեղեկատվական անպաշտպանվածությունը կարող է անդրադառնալ Պաշտպանության բանակի, սահմանային իրավիճակի վրա, Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ փառք Աստծո Նոր Հայաստանի անգրագիտությունը ՊՆ չի մտել և այս առումով կարող ենք հանգիստ լինել, քանի որ այս ոլորտը, ի տարբերություն մնացած ոլորտների, հնարավորինս պաշտպանված է:
