Ի՞նչ կապ ունի կաթսայով վառարանը սառնարանի հետ
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԱյսօր դժվար է պատկերացնել կյանքն առանց սառնարանի: Միևնույն ժամանակ դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես են սնունդ պահել մեր նախնիները առանց դրա, հատկապես շոգ եղանակին: Պարզ է, որ նախկինում այդ նպատակի համար մառաններ կամ սառույց են օգտագործել: Ժամանակակից սառնարանի ստեղծման պատմությունը սկսվել է ֆրանսիացի ինժեներ Ֆերնանդ Կարրեի գյուտով:
1862 թվականին նա Լոնդոնի համաշխարհային ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացրել է սարքավորում սառույց ստանալու համար: Սարքավորումը կաթսայով վառարան էր, որի մեջ տաքացվում էր հեղուկ ամոնիակը: Գոլորշիացման արդյունքում ամոնիակը խողովակների միջոցով հասցվում էր կաթսայի պատերին, ինչը թույլ էր տալիս սառեցնել նրա ներսում գտնվող ջուրը:
Սովորելով, թե ինչպես կարելի է սառույց ստանալ այդ եղանակով, մարդիկ սկսել են խոհանոցները կահավորել սառույց արտադրող նման սարքերով: Դրանք խոհանոցային պահարաններ էին՝ ջերմամեկուսացված թեփով ու խցանափայտով, և դրանց մեջ նշյալ մեթոդով ստացված սառույց է դրվել:
Այնուամենայնիվ, դա թույլ չէր տալիս պահպանել բավարար ցածր ջերմաստիճան: Սառնարանների ստեղծման պատմության հաջորդ քայլը եղել է սառնարանային սարքը, որը ստեղծվել է 1874 թվականին գերմանացի Կ. Լինդի կողմից:
Նրա ստեղծած սարքը արդեն հագեցած է եղել ձեռքով աշխատող կոմպրեսորով և օգտագործվել է արդյունաբերության մեջ, ինչպես նաև սննդամթերք տեղափոխող տրանսպորտի համար:
Որոշ ժամանակ անց ամերիկացի Էլայա Թոմփսոնը բարելավել է սառնարանային սարքն այնպես, որ այն արդեն կարող էր աշխատել էլեկտրաէներգիայի միջոցով: Սառնարանն իր ժամանակակից տեսքը ստացել է շնորհիվ դանիացի ինժեներ Ստինստրուպի, որն այդ ամբողջ սառեցնող սարքավորումը տեղադրել է հերմետիկ և ջերմամեկուսիչ տուփի մեջ: Սառնարանի պատմության մեջ կարևոր իրադարձություն է հանդիսացել ֆրեոն գազի գյուտը, որը ամոնիակի համեմատությամբ ունի ավելի ցածր եռման կետ և շատ ավելի անվտանգ է:
ԽՍՀՄում առաջին անգամ սառնարաններ սկսել են արտադրել դեռ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից առաջ Խարկովի տրակտորային գործարանում: Դրանք անվանվել են «ХТЗ120» : Սառնարանի ծավալը հաշվարկվում է լիտրերով, և «ХТЗ-120»-ը համապատասխանաբար ունեցել է 120 լիտր ծավալ:
Հետագայում պատերազմի պատճառով սառնարանների զանգվածային արտադրությունը դադարեցվել է, և միայն անցյալ դարի հիսունական թվականներին են հայտնվել «ЗИС» սառնարանները, որոնք հայտնի են դարձել իրենց հուսալիությամբ: Հատկանշական է, որ ԽՍՀՄում սկզբից սառնարաններն առաջին հերթին եղել են շքեղություն, օրինակ՝ 1962 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ի ընտանիքների 98,3% -ը ունեցել է առնվազն մեկ սառնարան, իսկ ԽՍՀՄ-ի ընտանիքներում այդ ցուցանիշը կազմել է ընդամենը 5,3%:
