Երեխայի ծննդյան և մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի նպաստ ստանալու համար ծնողները կարող են առցանց դիմել Սոցապ ծառայությանը

«Պետական նպաստների մասին» օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածով սահմանվում է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնության իրավունքը և դրա տրամադրման կարգը, որի համաձայն․

  1. Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնության իրավունք ունի այն ընտանիքը, որի անդամներից մեկն ունեցել է երեխա և դիմելու ամսվա դրությամբ ունի ընտանեկան նպաստի իրավունք:
  2. Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնություն ստանալու համար ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամներից մեկը դիմում է տարածքային կենտրոն:
  3. Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը նշանակվում է, եթե ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամներից մեկը դիմել է երեխայի ծնվելու օրվանից սկսած՝ վեց ամսվա ընթացքում, և ընտանիքը դիմելու ամսվա դրությամբ ունի ընտանեկան նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք:
  4. Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը նշանակվում է ընտանիքում ծնված յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար:
  5. Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը վճարվում է դիմելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա ընթացքում:

Ծնողները կարող են երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի դիմումն առցանց ներկայացնել, որի համար անցեք այստեղ։

Նույն օրենքի 27-րդ հոդվածով սահմանվում է մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխայի նպաստի իրավունքը, որի համաձայն․

  1. Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի (այսուհետ` խնամքի նպաստ) իրավունք ունեն երեխայի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով մինչև երեք տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում (այսուհետ` խնամքի արձակուրդ) գտնվող ծնողը, որդեգրողը կամ խնամակալը (այսուհետ` ծնող) մինչև երեխայի երկու տարեկանը լրանալը:
  2. Խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է, եթե ծնողը և երեխան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում հաշվառված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բնակության վայրի հասցեով և խնամքի նպաստի համար դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ գտնվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում:
  3. Եթե ծնողը խնամքի տակ ունի մեկից ավելի մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխա, ապա խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար:
  4. Սույն օրենքի 27-րդ, 28-րդ, 28.1-ին հոդվածների դրույթները չեն տարածվում ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության մեջ ներգրավված` վարձու աշխատող հանդիսացող ընտանիքի անդամների վրա:
  5. Խնամքի նպաստ նշանակելու համար հիմք են հանդիսանում «Եկամտային հարկի, շահութահարկի և սոցիալական վճարի անձնավորված հաշվառման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքով սահմանված տեղեկատվական բազայի տվյալները ծնողի՝ խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվելու վերաբերյալ: Ծնողին վերաբերող տեղեկատվությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ որպես սահմանափակ օգտագործման ենթակա տեղեկատվություն սահմանված լինելու դեպքում խնամքի նպաստ նշանակելու առանձնահատկությունները սահմանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը:

Ծնողները կարող են  մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխայի նպաստի դիմումն առցանց ներկայացնել, որի համար անցեք այստեղ։
