Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը հնարավոր կլինի երկու շաբաթում զգալիորեն կրճատել երեք պարզ կանոնների շնորհիվ
SOCIETYԵթե բոլորը հետեւեն երեք պարզ կանոնների, ընդամենը երկու շաբաթում հնարավոր կլինի Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը զգալիորեն կրճատել: NEWS.am Medicine-ի հետ զրույցում այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի ընտանեկան բժշկության ամբիոնի վարիչ Սամվել Հովհաննիսյանը:
Շատերն են, հավանաբար, այս երեք կանոնների մասին արդեն լսել եւ ոչ մեկ անգամ. անհրաժեշտ է պահպանել սոցիալական հեռավորություն, դիմակ կրել եւ ձեռքերը վարակազերծել:
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ մարդիկ դիմակ կրելու պահանջին բավարար լրջությամբ չեն վերաբերվում, մինչդեռ դա կարեւոր հակահամաճարակային միջոց է:
«Որոշ մարդիկ դիմակը կրում են միայն ոստիկանների տեսնելիս: Իսկ ոմանք մտածում են, որ եթե փողոցում են եւ արեգակը փայլում է, նշանակում է՝ պաշտպանված են: Բայց դա, ցավոք, այդպես չէ: Նույնիսկ փողոցում է հնարավոր վարակվել, եթե, օրինակ, մոտակայքում որեւէ մեկը փռշտա»,- ասաց մասնագետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդիկ պետք է սկսեն հասկանալ, որ դիմակ կրելը յուրատեսակ փոխադարձ պատասխանատվություն է. դիմակով մարդը պաշտպանում է թե՛ իրեն, թե՛ շրջապատի մարդկանց, քանի որ նա կարող է կորոնավիրուսով վարակված լինել եւ ախտանիշներ չունենալ: Իսկ ահա նրանք, ովքեր նրանից կվարակվեն, կարող են հիվանդությունն արդեն այնպես չտանել, ինչպես ինքը:
«Եթե մի մարդ ինֆեկցիան թեթեւ է տանում, դա չի նշանակում, որ նրա օրգանիզմը կարողացել է վիրուսը զսպել եւ թույլ չի տվել ախտանիշներին զարգանալ: Բայց մեկ այլ մարդու օրգանիզմը կարող է վիրուսին միանգամայն այլ կերպ արձագանքել, եւ նրա մոտ կարող են սկսվել ծանր բարդություններ: Ուստի այդքան կարեւոր է փոխադարձ պատասխանատվության հասկացությունը. ես պետք է հասկանամ, որ եթե հանկարծ հիվանդ եմ ու հիվանդությունն ասիմպտոմ եմ տանում, միեւնույն է, կարող եմ ուրիշներին վարակել, եւ ուրիշների մոտ հիվանդությունը կարող է ընթանալ ամենեւին ոչ առանց ախտանիշների»,- ասաց մասնագետը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այսօր մարդկանցից շատերը գանգատվում են, որ դիմակով շնչելը դժվար է:
«Վիրաբույժները կարող են 7-8-ական ժամ վիրահատություն կատարել դիմակով: Վիրահատությունը փողոցում հանգիստ զբոսանք չէ, դա լարում է, պատասխանատվություն, կենտրոնացվածություն: Վիրաբույժը երբեք դիմակը չի հանում վիրահատության ժամանակ, որովհետեւ «դժվարությամբ է շնչում»: Եվ ոչ մի վիրաբույժ դիմակի պատճառով դեռեւս շնչահեղձ չի եղել»,- ասաց մասնագետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե մարդիկ դիմակը պատշաճ ձեւով կրեն, պահպանեն սոցիալական հեռավորություն եւ ձեռքերը հաճախակի լվանան կամ ախտահանեն, Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը հնարավոր կլինի կրճատել ընդամենը 2 շաբաթում:
