ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բոլոր առողջ հասարակություններում գոյություն ունի ինքնապաշտպանական մի բնազդ՝ դժվար եւ օրհասական օրերին համախմբվել պետության շուրջ։ Անգլալեզու քաղաքագիտության մեջ այս երեւույթը հայտնի է որպես rally round the flag էֆեկտ:

Երբ համավարակը հասավ Հայաստան եւ իշխանությունները հանցավոր ուշացումով հայտարարեցին արտակարգ դրություն, բոլոր հիմնական ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀԿ-ն, հանդես եկան համախբման կոչով եւ ներքաղաքական պայքարի սառեցում արձանագրեցին՝ տալով այս իշխանություններին հնարավորություն կենտրոնանալ մարդկանց կյանքին եւ առողջությանը սպառնացող վիրուսի դեմ պայքարի վրա։ Ավելին, մենք պարբերաբար գործնական առաջարկություններ էինք անում կառավարությանը՝ հիմնվելով մեր փորձի եւ գիտելիքի վրա։

Ի՞նչ ստացանք ի պատասխան։

Անփառունակ կերպով (մեղավորներն անխուսափելիորեն պատժվելու են) տապալելով այս պայքարը՝ Փաշինյանը չարաշահեց ընդդմության պետականասիրությունն ու բարոյականությունը եւ լկտի ու բացահայտ կերպով շարունակեց իր ներքաղաքական շահերը հետապնդել. Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիա, գույքահարկի բարձրացման օրենք, գույքի բռնագանձման օրենք, քաղաքական օպոնենտների նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումներ եւ դատավարություններ, Սահմանադրության բռնաբարում, ՍԴ բռնազավթման փորձ եւ այլն։

Կորոնավիրուսային պատերազմի ժամանակ Նիկոլը ժողովրդին եւ ընդդիմությանը մեջքից խփում էր՝ այսպիսով ոչնչացնելով հասարակական համերաշխության մթնոլորտի ծիլերը։

Հուլիսի 12-ից Տավուշի սահմանագծում մեկնարկած մարտական գործողությունները կրկին համազգային համախմբման առիթ հանդիսացան։ Բոլորս շունբներս պահած հետեւում ենք մեր փառապանծ բանակի գործողություններին, թշնամու դեմ տեղեկատվական պատերազմ ենք վարում, սգում ենք մեր զինվորականների մահերը...

Այդպես էլ պետք է լիներ, քանզի ազգի ինքնանաշտպանական բնազդն աշխատում է՝ համախմբելով բոլորիս մեր ժողովրդի զավակ՝ Հայոց բանակի շուրջ եւ ի հեճուկս իշխանական քարոզիչների «խաղաղասիրական» ջանքերի։

Սակայն իշխանավորների անբարոյականությունը ոչ խրամատ է ճանաչում, ոչ զինվորի արյուն ոչ էլ պետություն։ Թողնելով թշանամուն, նրանք կրկին սեւեռվել են ներքին օրակարգի վրա՝ թիրախավիրելով ընդդիմիւթյանը, փորձելով գարշահոտ միավորներ հավաքել մեր բանակի սխրանքներից, ներքին թշանամի գտնել եւ նորից պառակտել ազգին։

Այս ամեննը անպատասխան չի մնալու եւ իրավիճակի կայունացումից հետո բոլորիդ մոլորված պորտերը տեղադրվելու են իրենց բնական տեղերում։ Պարզապես հիմա դրա ժամանակը չէ։

Մի պատերազմ արդեն տապալել եք։ Մի ազգային համերաշխություն ոչնչացրել եք։
