Ոստիկանությունը եւս սննդի ծառայությունները կպատվիրակի այլ կազմակերպության. Փակ մրցույթ է լինելու 2 փուլով
SOCIETYԿառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հուլիսի 16-ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց թույլատրել ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը Ճաշարանային սննդի մատուցման ծառայությունների գնման գործընթացը կազմակերպել փակ նպատակային մրցույթով՝ երկու փուլով:
Հարցը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը Վահե Ղազարյանը՝ նշելով, որ այս որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը հանձնված Դավթաշեն 2-րդ թաղամասում գտնվող ընդհանուր 498 քմ տարածքով, Ծովակալ Իսակովի 25 հասցեում գտնվող ընդհանուր 670.9 քմ տարածքները, 5 տարի ժամկետով անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով հանձնել գնման ընթացակարգի արդյունքում հաղթող ճանաչված կազմակերպությանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս ամենն իրականացվելու է ոստիկանության միջոցների հաշվին:
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ սա սննդի ծառայությունների արտապատվիրակման պրակտիկան է, որն արդարացնում է իրեն, ինչը չի նշանակում, որ անթերի է:
«ՊՆ-ից հետո ոստիկանությունը քայլ է անում այդ ուղղությամբ, որը կարծում եմ՝ շատ կարեւոր է»,-ասաց նա:
Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ՔԿՀ-ներում այդ գործընթացն ավարտվել է եւ բոլոր 12 ՔԿՀ-ներում գործում է սննդի ծառայությունների մատուցման այդ համակարգը: «100 տոկոս է օգտվելու ցուցանիշը»,-ասաց Բադասյանը:
Նշենք, որ այս նախագծի ընդունման նպատակն է զինծառայողների սննդի պատշաճ ապահովումն ինչպես ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի զորամասերի ճաշարաններում, այնպես էլ ՀՀ տարածաշրջանում զորավարժությունների եւ երթերի ընթացքում, ինչպես նաեւ զանգվածային միջոցառումների վայրերում:
Հարկ է նշել նաեւ, որ անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցները նախատեսվելու են մրցույթի արդյունքում ձեւավորված՝ նախընտրելի տեխնիկական բնութագրի եւ գնման գնի հիման վրա, ոստիկանության ընդհանուր հատկացումների հաշվին, միաժամանակ գնումների պլանում կատարելով նաեւ համապատասխան լրացում։
