2020թ. հուլիսի 12-ից 16-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը Տավուշի մարզի տարբեր բնակավայրերի և հայկական մարտական հենակետերի ուղղությամբ տարբեր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից, այդ թվում՝ տանկից, 6 հարվածային անօդաչու թռչող սարքից, 82մմ և 120մմ ականանետերից, Դ30 հրանոթից և այլ հրետանային տեխնիկայից արձակել են շուրջ 150 կրակոց:

Արձակված կրակոցների և դրանց հետևանքով պատճառված վնասների փաստերով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34- 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ և 13-րդ կետերով և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-
ին և 4-րդ կետերով՝ ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով,
ապօրինաբար, դիտավորությամբ երկու և ավելի անձանց կյանքից զրկելու և գույքը դիտավորյալ ոչնչացնելու
հատկանիշներով հարուցվել և քննվում է 30 քրեական գործ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հայկական մարտական հենակետերի վրա կատարված հարձակումների,
կրակոցների արդյունքում մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել 36 զինծառայող, սպանվել՝ 4 զինծառայող, վնասվել՝ 6 ավտոմեքենա:

Տավուշի մարզի տարբեր բնակավայրերի վրա արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով վնասվել է 24 տուն, 1 կոնյակի և 1 գինու գործարան, 1 մանկապարտեզ, գերեզմանատուն, 4 ավտոմեքենա, 1 ջրագիծ, 1 գազատար, 1 ջերմոց, ոստիկանական 1 պահակակետ, որտեղ գտնվող 2 ոստիկաններ ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Բացի այդ, մարմնական վնասվածք է ստացել 1 քաղաքացիական անձ:

Քրեական գործերով ողջ ծավալով կատարվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունները:
