SOCIETYCOVID-19 համաճարակով պայմանավորված իրավիճակը ստիպել է վերանայել գործունեության ավանդական ձևերը՝ կյանքի բազմաթիվ բնագավառներում:
Բոլոր երկրներում սկսվել է օգտագործվել ներկա պայմանները լավագույնս բնութագրող նոր նորմալ եզրույթը, որը չի թողնում այլ տարբերակ, քան առօրյա աշխատանքում կիրառել նոր գործիքակազմ և նոր աշխատանքային մշակույթ:

Այս համատեքստում, ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը՝ ենթակայությամբ գործող գրադարանների, թանգարանների ղեկավարների, մասնագիտական շրջանակների և գործընկեր կառույցների հետ քննարկել են մի շարք հարցեր՝ առաջիկա քայլերի և գործունեության նոր քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ:
