«Ծիրանի արտահանումը նախանցած տարի եղել է 47 հազար տոննա, նախորդ տարի՝ 28 հազար, այս տարի՝ 17-18 հազար. Հրաչ Բերբերյան

Այս տարի ծիրանի արտահանումը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կրկնակի պակաս է: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց  «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այս տարվա մթերքի արտահանումների ցուցանիշներին եւ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին, ինչն էլ հանգրեցրել է բերքատվության նվազման:

«Կարծում եմ մոտ 30 հազար տոննա արտահանում կունենանք, որից  17-18 հազարը ծիրանի արտահանումը կլինի: Նախորդ տարի եղել  է 28 հազար տոննա իսկ  նախանցած տարի 47 հազար տոննա, տեսնում ենք թե ինչպես է դինամիկան այս երեք տարիների ընթացքում»,- ասաց Հրաչ Բերբերյանը:

Նա նշում է, որ դեռ գարնան է կոչով դիմել գյուղատնտեսության աշխատողներին եւ կառավարությանը, որ մեղվի անկում   է նկատվում, փոշոտում չի լինում, իսկ մեղվաբուծությունը գյուղատնտեսության կարեւոր ուղղություններից մեկն է. «Իմ կոչերին ոչ մի ուշադրություն չդարձրեցին, փոշոտումը վատ եղավ, անձրեւներն էլ մի կողմից: Երկրորդ խոչընդոտը սնկային հիվանդություններն են: Ամեն մարզում 100 հոգի  գյուղատնտեսության պետական ծառայողներ կան, բայց ոչ մեկը ոչինչ չի անում գյուղացու համար:

Ասել եմ ու կասեմ՝ պարո´ն Փաշինյան, թիմդ վատն է, 3 անգամ պտղի անկում ունենք, եթե բանջարեղենը նույն մակարդակի վրա է նրանից է, որ ավելի ցածր մակարդակի վրա լինել չի կարող, սա բանջարեղենի վերջն է: Անասնակերը նույն վիճակում է, ինչի արդյունքում, տեսնելու ենք, որ աշնանը  մսի թանկացում կլինեն»,- նշեց  Բերբերյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ սննդի անվտանգությունն առանց խոչընդոտների  հստակ աշխատել է սահմանի վրա՝ հավելելով, լավին լավ պետք է ասել, վատին էլ՝ վատ:

Անդրադառնալով Մոսկվայում ծիրանի վաճառքի դեպքերին, Բերբերյանը նշեց. «Գիտենք, որ մեր զինվորականները շատ լավ դրանց քիթները տրորեցին, բնականաբար այդ հուզումներն ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է արտահայտեին, Լոնդոնում էլ ընդհարումներ եղան, այնպես, որ դա Մոսկվայի ամենամեծ շուկան էր, այդ ընդհարումը պետք է լիներ եւ խուսափելու համար  հայերին դուրս հանեցին շուկայից: Շնորհակալ ենք Սամվել Կարապետյանին, որ հայ գյուղացիների համար տեղ հատկացրեց, հիմա դա ժամանակավո՞ր շուկա կլինի, թե՞ մշտական՝ լավ կլինի, որ մենք Մոսկվայում ունենանք հայկական շուկա:

 Դա միշտ  իմ գաղափարն է եղել, որ Մոսկվայում, Վրաստանում ունենանք մեր շուկան, քանի որ այնտեղ ավելի շատ տեսականի կարող ենք արտահանել դա հարցի շատ  լավ լուծում կլիներ»,- ասաց Հրաչ Բերբերյանն ու հավելեց, որ լավ աշխատելու դեպքում,  լավ արտահանում կունենանք՝ մինչեւ 50 հազար տոննա ծիրան, 20  հազար տոննա խաղող, կեռաս, սեւ սալոր, որը բավական մեծ վաճառք ունի Մոսկվայում. «Մենք կարող ենք եւ պետք է արտահանումներ անենք՝ չմոռանալով վերամշակման թեւի մասին, ինչն այս իրերին բարձիթողի վիճակում է: Այժմ մոտենում է խաղողի մթերումները, որից ելնելով զգուշացնում եմ կառավարությանը, որ գումարները չտան գինու գործարաններին: Երբ նոր էր Փաշինյանը եկել իշխանության, տեսավ՝ գինու գործարանում ստվերն ինչպես էին աշխատում, գոնե այս տարի այդ ստվերի դեմն առնի, անցած տարի դա չարեց»,-հավելեց  «Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը:
