Անլուրջ են համարում դիմակով եթեր դուրս գալու պարտադրանքը
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, արտերկրյա, հատկապես ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներում առնվազն տարօրինակ են որակում այն փաստը, որ հայաստանյան հեռուստաընկերությունների հաղորդավարները ստիպված են եթեր դուրս գալ դիմակներով: Թերթի հետ զրույցում ռուսաստանցի հայտնի լրագրողներից մեկն ասում էր, թե սկզբնական փուլում իրենց մոտ էլ է նման վիճակ եղել, սակայն շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց պատկան մարմինները հասկացել են, որ անհեթեթություն է դիմակով հաղորդում վարելը, հատկապես, երբ հաղորդավարը փաստացի միայնակ է (օպերատորները, որպես կանոն, առնվազն 3 մետր հեռու են լինում, իսկ ռեժիսորներն ու սպասարկող անձնակազմը այլ տարածքից են հետևում):
Իսկ եթե նույնիսկ զրուցակից կա, ապա նրանց միջև հեռավորությունը հաստատ հնարավոր է ապահովել 1,5-2 մետրի միջակայքում: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքերով, իրենց ապշեցրել է, որ հայաստանյան երկու հեռուստաընկերություն տուգանվել է հաղորդավարի՝ եթերում դիմակ չկրելու պատճառով: Ինչ վերաբերում է այն մեկնաբանություններին, թե դա կարող է հոգեբանական նշանակություն ունենալ հանրության վրա՝ դիմակ կրելու և հակահամաճարակային կանոնները պահպանելու տեսանկյունից, թե՛ հայաստանյան, թե՛ միջազգային փորձագետները լուրջ չեն համարում:
Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ այս օրերին լուրջ քննարկումներ են ընթանում նաև բացօթյա տարածքներում և անձնական օգտագործման մեքենաներում դիմակ կրելու պարտադրանքի նպատակահարմարության թեմայով:
Ընդունելով հանրային փակ տարածքներում դիմակի անհրաժեշտությունը՝ շատերը կոչ են անում հանել դրսում և սեփական մեքենայում (ոչ տաքսիներում) ընտանիքի անդամների հետ երթևեկելիս (կարող են փաստաթուղթ ստուգել) դիմակի պարտադրանքը: Երեկվանից առկա են նշյալ դեպքերում դիմակ կրելուց հրապարակային հրաժարումների մասին հայտարարություններ:
