Ռուսաստանցիները մյուս երկրների ներկայացուցիչների համեմատ ավելի քիչ են հավատում համաշխարհային քաղաքականության վրա դրական ազդեցություն գործելու ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի ունակությանը: Դա ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հետևում է Pew Research Center կազմակերպության անցկացրած հետազոտությունից, որը նվիրված է աշխարհում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի իմիջին:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ հետազոտության մեջ ներկայացված 40 երկրներում հարցման մասնակիցների 65 տոկոսը վստահ է Օբամայի՝ միջազգային ասպարեզում ճիշտ գործելու ունակությանը, հակառակ կարծիքին է 27 տոկոսը:
Մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի գործողություններին հավանություն չի տալիս հարցվածների 86 տոկոսը (նրան պաշտպանում է միայն 11 տոկոսը): Օբաման համանման գնահատականներ է ստացել միայն պաղեստինյան տարածքներում և Հորդանանում (համապատասխանաբար՝ 82 տոկոս և 83 տոկոս):
Ինչպես նշում է BBC-ն, ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի վարկանիշի առավել զգալի անկումը տեղի է ունեցել Իսրայելում. այժմ ճիշտ գործելու նրա ունակությանը վստահ է միայն 49 տոկոսը (անցյալ տարվա 71 տոկոսի փոխարեն): Քննադատներն ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ-ի ղեկավարին մեղադրել են այն բանում, որ Իրանի հետ գործարքը հարվածի տակ է դնում Իսրայելի անվտանգությունը:
Ինչպես ասված է հետազոտության մեջ, աշխարհում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ԱՄՆ-ին դրական գնահատական են տալիս: Ներկայում 40 երկրներում հարցման մասնակիցների միջին հաշվով 69 տոկոսը դրական է վերաբերվում ԱՄՆ-ին, ինչը 4 տոկոսով բարձր է, քան անցյալ տարի:
