«Անցումային արդարադատության» գաղափարին՝ ամուր կառչած
POLITICSՉնայած առողջապահական և սահմանային լարվածությանը՝ մեր երկրում որոշ շրջանակներ շարունակում են հաստատակամորեն առաջ տանել ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտում արմատական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտության թեզը։
Մասնավորաբար մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ ՀՀ-ում ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալող, այսպես կոչված, սորոսական շրջանակները շարունակում են ակտիվորեն քննարկել անցումային արդարադատության հետ կապված տարբեր դրույթներ և մտադիր են այն ամեն գնով կյանքի կոչել։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, նրանք պատրաստվում են մեկ նոր՝ ամբողջական առաջարկ ներկայացնել ՀՀ իշխանություններին և հերթական անգամ համոզել, որ անցումային արդարադատությունը երկրի համար ունի առանցքային կարևորություն։
Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցել է նաև, որ, այսպես կոչված, սորոսականների համար առաջնային է այն գաղափարը, ըստ որի՝ «անցումային արդարադատությունը սովորական արդարադատություն չէ, դա արդարության վերականգնման արդարադատություն է»։
Իրենց կողմից առաջ քաշված տեսության մեջ անցումային արդարադատության հետ կապված հիմնական թեման վերաբերում է «պետության զավթման» թեզին, որն այդ շրջանակի համար ունի գերկարևոր նշանակություն։
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ստեղծված փաստահավաք խմբի գաղափարի «կնքահայրը» հիշյալ հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչներն են։ Վերջին մի քանի շաբաթներին նրանք մի քանի հանդիպումներ ու տեսակոնֆերանսներ են կազմակերպել և այս գաղափարները հերթական անգամ վերահաստատել։
