Շրեդեր. ինչո՞ւ է ոչնչացվում թուղթը
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՇրեդերը թուղթ ոչնչացնող սարք է: Շրեդերի պատմության սկիզբը կարելի է համարել 1909 թվականը, երբ թուղթ ոչնչացնող առաջին սարքը հորինեց և պատրաստեց Աբբոտ Ավգուստ Լոուն: Նա շրեդերը ստեղծել է 1909 թվականի փետրվարին, որից հետո նույն տարվա օգոստոսին արտոնագրել է այն, բայց չի սկսել այդ սարքերի արտադրությունը: Բանն այն է, որ հասարակությունը բացարձակ անտարբերություն է ցուցաբերել այդ գյուտի նկատմամբ և չի արտահայտել ո՛չ բացասական, ո՛չ էլ դրական արձագանք:
Մարդիկ չեն հավատացել, որ այն կարող է հաջողության հասնել շուկայում: Թուղթ ոչնչացնող սարքի ստեղծման պատմությունը շարունակվել է 1935 թվականին Ադոլֆ Էնգերի կողմից, որը կարողացել է ստեղծել այդ սարքի՝ ձեռքով աշխատող տարբերակը: Նրա շրեդերի ստեղծման նպատակը եղել է թուղթը այնպես մանրացնելը, որ հետագայում հնարավոր չլինի վերականգնել թղթի վրա գրվածը:
Իրականում, ստեղծելով իր սարքը, Ադոլֆ Էնգերը ձգտել է ոչնչացնել իր բոլոր փաստաթղթերը (հակաֆաշիստական քարոզչության թռուցիկները), որպեսզի պաշտպանի իր ընտանիքին և իրեն հնարավոր հետապնդումներից և մահապատժից: Ավելի ուշ Ադոլֆը իր գյուտը վաճառել է հենց կառավարությանը, և այնուհետև կամավորների մի թիմի հետ միասին սկսել աշխատել փաստաթղթերի ոչնչացման շարժիչով սարք ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ:
Առաջին ավտոմատ շրեդերը շուկա հանելով է հայտնվել EBA Maschinenfabrik ընկերությունը, որը հիմնադրել է հենց Ադոլֆ Էնգելը: 1959 թվականին ընկերության աշխատանքի արդյունքն է դարձել երկայնական խաչաձև մեխանիզմով շրեդերը (EBA Krug & Priester GmbH & Co), որը հաջողությամբ շարունակում է գոյություն ունենալ անգամ մեր օրերում: Երկրների կառավարություններն ու զինված ուժերը աստիճանաբար սկսել են ակտիվորեն օգտագործել թուղթ ոչնչացնող սարքերը իրենց սեփական նպատակների համար, մասնավորապես գաղտնի փաստաթղթերից ձերբազատվելու համար:
Շրեդերների արագ տարածմանը զուգահեռ գիտական լաբորատորիաներում աշխատանքներ են տարվել այնպիսի մասնագետների պատրաստման ուղղությամբ, որոնք կարող են վերականգնել շրեդերով ոչնչացված փաստաթղթերը: Ելնելով այդ ամենից, ի վերջո, դա ավելի մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել թուղթ ոչնչացնող սարքերի նկատմամբ:
1984 թվականից ի վեր Կալիֆորնիայի գործադիր դատարանը պաշտոնապես սկսել է օգտագործել շրեդերներ՝ արխիվներում պահվող անձնական տեղեկություններ պարունակող փաստաթղթային արխիվները պարբերաբար ոչնչացնելու համար: Հետագայում այն կազմակերպությունները, որոնք ունեն գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր, ավելի ու ավելի շատ են սկսել օգտվել թուղթ ոչնչացնող սարքերից՝ շրեդերներից:
