«Կա՛մ ցանկություն չկա իրականությունը լսելու, կամ էլ ֆայմ»
POLITICSՆախօրեին տեղի ունեցավ գործարարների ու վարչապետի հանդիպումը: Մի քանի գործարարներ արդեն խոսել են այդ հանդիպման մասին՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով, որ վարչապետն ավելի շատ խոսել է, մեղադրել գործարարներին, նույնիսկ մուննաթ եկել, բայց չի լսել:
Այնինչ նման հանդիպումների նպատակներից մեկը պետք է լինի լսել մարդկանց, հասկանալ խնդիրները, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի լուծումներ գտնել:
Մեզ հետ զրույցում գործարարներից մեկը, ով չցանկացավ ներկայանալ, նշեց, թե դա հերթական անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ այս իշխանություններն իրենց անսխալական են համարում, չեն ուզում այլ կարծիք լսել, իսկ վատ վիճակի համար մեղավոր են համարում բոլորին, միայն ոչ իրենց:
Հայաստանի գործատուների միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանն էլ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում զարմանք հայտնեց, որ ոլորտային նախարարները չեն հանդիպում գործարարների հետ, չեն հետաքրքրվում խնդիրներով, ինչը հենց իրենց ուղղակի աշխատանքն է:
«Կա՛մ ցանկություն չկա իրականությունը լսելու, հասկանալու, որովհետև այդ վատ ինֆորմացիան կարող է իրենց ականջները ցավեցնել, կա՛մ էլ պարզապես ֆայմ չկա, որ պետք է խոսեն, հասկանան, թե ինչ պետք է անել: Օրինակ՝ ո՞վ է խանգարում համապատասխան նախարարներին, որ ավելի շուտ հանդիպեին գործարարների հետ, նախապատրաստեին վարչապետի հետ հանդիպումը:
Մեկ հոգու վրա բեռը թողնելը սխալ է: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կարևոր հարցերին անդրադառնալու ո՛չ ցանկություն, ո՛չ էլ պատկերացում չկա, ինչը նաև պայմանավորված է պատասխանատու անձերով»,-ասաց Գ. Մակարյանը:
